Qui peut notifier?

UNIQUEMENT les administrations des Etats Membres de l'UIT ayant juridiction sur les stations.

Où envoyer les notifications?

Toutes les notifications doivent être envoyées PAR VOIE OFFICIELLE à :

• l’attention du “Directeur du Bureau des radiocommunications”

• email : brmail@itu.int

Pour l'inclusion dans:

La Liste des stations de navire et des identités du service mobile maritime assignées (Liste V);

La Liste des stations côtières et des stations effectuant des services spéciaux (Liste IV); et

Maritime mobile Access and Retrieval System (MARS).

Les administrations prennent toutes lesdispositions voulues pour notifier immédiatementau Bureau des radiocommunications lesmodifications apportées aux renseignementsrelatifs à l'exploitation qui figurent dans les ListesIV et V, étant donné l'importance que revêtent cesrenseignements, particulièrement en ce quiconcerne la sécurité.

Dans le cas des données publiées dans la Liste V,qui est également mise à disposition en ligne par lebiais du système MARS, les administrationscommuniquent ces modifications au moins unefois par mois.

Dans le cas des autres publications, lesadministrations communiquent dès que possibleles modifications apportées aux renseignementsqu'elles contiennent.

is not permanently moored, other than a survival craft station.

• Pour faciliter la soumission des données des stations de navire, le Bureau a élaboré:

Un formulaire de notification papier;

Des éléments de données pour la soumission électronique.

• Les éléments ci-dessus ainsi que les explications détaillées concernant les champs à notifier se trouvent dans la la Lettre Circulaire du BR CM/24 datée du 20 octobre 2015.

• La Préface de la Liste V contient des informations utiles pour remplir ces formulaires. L’information est disponible sur les pages web MARS

Le Bureau recommande l’utilisation de la soumission électronique,

qui offre de nombreux avantages, elle permet l’échange d’une grandequantité d’informations sur les stations de navire.
