Définition d’un ERP : Adaptabilité de l’ERP

• Challenge– Fonctions standards de l’ERP s’adaptent aux principales règles de gestion

des entreprises (achats, ventes, logistique, …)

– Cependant, chaque entreprise est unique et les ERP ne peuvent pas s’adapter en standard à tous les cas particuliers d’entreprises

• Approches classiques– Revoir les règles de gestion spécifiques pour les adapter au progiciel :

implique une analyse préalable des processus et une réflexion à mener par la maîtrise d’ouvrage puis une bonne conduite du changement, lors de la mise en place du progiciel.

– Réaliser des développements spécifiques : souvent coûteux (en développement et maintenance) et techniquement risqués car pouvant impacter tous les modules

• Nouvelles Approches pour réduire le “Business Execution Gap”– Solutions ERP verticalisées par industries à partir d’un noyau commun
