Hand PrintingLithography

Lithography means “stone” Lithography is a type of printing

the is used only with oil,paint and water. The reason why they

call this printing technique lithography is because they use a big stone for the paper to rest

on.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is when you force either ink or metal onto a printed surfice.

LinocutLinocut printing was created in Germany in the 20th century. This is done by putting ink or paint onto a linoleum surface , holding it down the pealing off the paper.

Etching

Etching is usually made from copper, zinc or steel. These printing artist used a pointed etching needle to do this type of printing.

TechnologyLetterpressLetterpress is a certain way of printing. It is made by a certain type of machine which produces a certain type of printing no other handmade print can do, it makes a certain type of 3D printing that is quick and easy.

Gravure printingGravure printing is a type of printing that is involved by putting an image into a machine and printing it out and the machine turns.

Screen Process Screen Printing is a printing technique where mesh is used to use ink to create a print and they use this by pressing the ink onto the paper.

Photo copying is a printing technique which use more digital devices. It is used by butting a picture into this machine which copies the picture as many times as you want.

Laser PrintingLaser printing is electronical way of printing. It is similar to photocopying but it photo copies in colour.
