that your Office has the right to repatriate Russian
soldiers who have left Vrangel's armies, to their homes.

assistance which the Berlin Offioe of the International
Organization extends to Russians abroad. I do not
know where my husband is at the present time. Someone
who had left Vrangel's army saw him in Bulgaria, or on
the way there. My husband's name is Vassili Michailovich
Ageev.
I humbly beg the Commissioner, Professor Nansen,
to investigate and procure my husband's address, and,
if possible, repatriate him to his home in Russia.

reatesting that or rangementa be nude by the High
Oommiusarlat for the repatriation of their relatives,
late soldlors of General rangel's army In iulgarla.
Uopleo of those petitions have been transmitbed to
the delegate of the High Commissariat in ofla with
the re.uest that he will endeavour to seoir» the inclu
sion of the men concorned in the first repatriation
contingents.

ne s'occupe pas du rapatriement de;: personnes indivi
duelles. Votre requête ne pourrait être prise en con
sidération que si le Haut-Commissariat organisait le
rapatriement systématique de tous les réfugiés russes
en France, désirant être rapatriés.

Par ma lettre dû. 1-er Mai 19^3 je vous ai fait connaître mon désir d'être rapatrié et je vous disais que je suis à meme de payer les frais de voyage jusqu’au port d ’embarquement.
Vous avez bien voulu me répondre, par votre lettre du I4(- mai/nue M s ne me conseillez pas me rendre en Bulgarie avant

Il y a un mois, je vous ai fait parvenir la lettre adressée à moi pur le Représentant de la Croix Rouge Soviétique en Bulgarie par laquelle ce dernier m ’informe que je dois me rendre en Bulgarie d ’où je serais rapatrié en Russie au frais de 1 ’Etat Soviétique.
Je vous ai adressé celle lettre en communication en vue de vous prouver que je suis certain d ’etre rapatrié et en vue d ’obtenir de vous une lettre d ’introduction au Consul de Bulgarie à Paris qui a refusé de viser mon passeport pour Bulgarie.
Je vous priais également de vouloir bien me faire retourner la lettre en question avec votre lettre pour le consul de Bulgarie à Paris.
Ayant hate de revenir en Russie avant l ’hiver et ne disposant pas des moyens qui m ’auraient permis d ’attendre long temps je vous serais infiniment reconnais; uni de vouloir bien me retourner la lettre du Représentant de 1 a Croix Rouge Soviétique en Bulgarie que je V'Mie i ftdl parv--‘. : • • Lioi -1 me ci orme ïun mot d ’introduction auprès du Consul de Bulgarie à Paris afin qu’il fasse viser mon passeport pour Bulgarie.

Conformément à votre demande, nous vous retournons sous,, ce pit la lettre du Représentant de la Croix rouge soviétique en Bulgarie.
