In short or middle terms Saudi Arabia needs toincrease the local available workforce and developthe volume of its skilled labour to face its economicissues.
In this context, the arabian gorvernment decided toconduct a large-scale and far-reaching reform of itseducation-training-employment chain and thus in itsworld of job market.

Why do you need an education-training-employementchain reform ?
The figures of emplyment within the saudian
population are unsatisfactory so you need toappeal to labor supply from outside the country
The current educational system is not satisfactoryto supply and fit all the skilled labor needs
It seems to be difficult to fit some branches of
industry and their related training During the training sessions the amount of
desertion seems to be too high so you can’tguarantee a high level of success at the end

1. Trainers are hired on the basis oh their diplomas and notaccording to their experiences
2. Weakness of the links between the factories / industrialcompanies and the educational system
