    The Academy Connection Support Desks are able to help support Students in several languages. English, Arabic, Portuguese,Spanish, French, German and Japanese. Our email address is:

    Scores must be verified by the Academic Assessment System (AAS) There are currently three versions of the CCNA 2 Voucherexam. Instructors and Students must receive a score of "voucher eligible" on one of the three exams. Each exam may only be takenonce.

    To use all the features of the Academy Connection site, Curricula, and Assessment Server on your desktop, laptop PC, orMacintosh, Cisco makes the following recommended system setup.

    Please Note: If your system and browser do not meet the minimum requirements listed below, you are likely to experience errorsand problems in the Cisco Networking Academy Program.

    Cisco Networking Academy PC GuidelinesBelow are the system or PC recommendations for Cisco Networking Academy for using Academy Connection, the content andassessments. Problems can result if using incompatible or very outdated systems or components.

    CCNA Discovery and Exploration Curricula: recommended System Requirements Windows 2000 or Windows XP

    Pentium III or higher processor

    512 MB Installed RAM

    IE 6.0, or Firefox 1.x (Java, JavaScript, and Style Sheets Enabled)

    Flash 8.x Plugin

    17" Monitor (15" minimum)

    1024 x 768 Resolution, High Color (16-Bit) (800 x 600 Resolution, 256 colors minimum)

    Video Card Driver

    10 Base T Ethernet Card and or wireless capability

    Mouse, Speakers, Headphones, and Sound Card (Audio Support)

    Note: CCNA Discovery, CCNA Exploration with Packet Tracer are NOT SUPPORTED on Macintosh systems
