Université Scientifique pour architectes et Ingénieurs classée 1ère en Italie, 15eme d’Europe. Le cursus appelé architecture durable vise à former des Architectes capables de prendre en compte l’ensemble des contraintes environnementales et écologiques dans la réalisation d’un projet architectural. La connaissance des nouveaux matériaux, nouvelles technologies de construction le tout au bénéfice de la planète sans oublier les aspects économiques (court/long terme) est le cœur de ce parcours.

Technical university for architects and engineers ranked as 1st in Italy and 15th in Europe. The curriculum called “Sustainable Architecture” aims the forma-tion of a graduate master capable to change the environment on the physical, architectural and landscape aspects with the skills that each work from time to time requires. WOFIE PROGRAM “Innovation et travail d’équipe” , AAlborg, DK:5 jours de travail au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire (Ingénieur, Architecte, Economiste, Sociaulogue…) pour développer un projet vi-able afin d’améliorer le monde sur deux axes : la santé et la sécurité humaine. Projet : de typologie de maison facile et rapide à construire pour les camp de réfugiés.

Aalborg University is one of the most popular technical schools in Denmark and is active in the research sector, in particular in innova-tive and sunstainable technologies applied to architecture. The aim of this thesis is to design a global project for sustainable mobility in the city of Gallarate.As I saw during my travels in Denmark and Belgium (countries where sustainable mobility already exist), cycle paths are not enough to make people change their habits of displacements.In this sence the project create a global network of cycle paths all across the city and different elements and services helping the in-habitants in changing their way of thinking “mobility” in the city: a repair shop for bycicles, parkings and new outdoor places where meet with people and enjoy the city without cars.

The problem of residual areas in Milan is strongly felt.In this area in particular there is also another element that make this residuality stronger: the presence of an uncompleted building made by Aldo Rossi.This skeleton is there without any function, silent and useless.With this project an attempt is made to use the skeleton as a monu-ment of residuality using it as module from which design all the rest, buildings and open areas.What is created with this process is a School of Music in which the two different element that compose it are each one an interpretation of the form and proportions of the skeleton.On one side the school is a fence containing cubes, it’s apparent disorder because all dimensions and dispositions are thought from the beguinning and related to the skeleton; on the other side the Auditorium, a complitely close block that seems immovable but that contains disorder in it, disorder made by all the volume containing each necessary function.

This project is about designing a sustainable housing complex on the site, Godsbanearealet, at the edge of Aalborg’s dense city centre. The focus in the project is on combining sustainability and good hous-ing qualities, which are often seen as opposites. This should result in a high density, zero energy housing complex.The vision for the project is designing an area that provides the en-vironment for creating a community.As soon as the user steps out of their private indoor areas, they will be in the public domain, and enjoy the benefits this provides, offering shared outdoor rooms - rooms to roam.The main idea is to create an area that is in dialogue with its context while also having a strong identity. In order to achieve this, the local conditions formed the basis of the design. The buildings are placed on the ground in a way that optimizes the solar heat gains, daylight and natural ventilation.The buildings are surrounded by different green and grey spaces be-ing either public or semi-public.

The project is about designing a social housing complex that has to be both sustainable and cheap. The complex is composed of 4 build-ings containing both apartments, offices and shops.Great attention is given to the apartments design that has to respond to dimension and layout requirements. Apartments are divided in 3 dimension classes: small apartments for students (50mq), medium apartments for couples and small families (75mq), big apartments for families (100mq).The shape of the buildings and the movement of the facades is a result of the way that has been used to combine and put togeth-er these different kind of apartments. Considering the fact that the builndings have to been designed in a sustainable way, they may have a low energy demand.To reach this goal some technical and designing decision have been taken in consideration:_ orientation of the building in order to have the maximum solar gains during winter season;_ facades movements to produce shadows in order to avoid over-heating during summer season;_ use of innovative materials to meet the walls transmittance stand-ards for eco-buildings;_ use of materials that can have a good balance between low energy requirements, costs and LCA analysis (Life Cycle Assesment).Finally an analysis is made to verify the global costs of the building (in every step) with the result of 1100/mq.

LA STRUTTURA PORTANTE

la struttura portante dell’edificio (la medesima utilizzata in tutti gli edifici) è composta da una maglia di pilastri, di lato 30 cm, articolati su una griglia struttura di 6 mt x 6 mt. la scelta di utilizzare una griglia di 6 mt. x 6 mt. ci consente di avere degli alloggi con tagli regolari e senza pilastri che vanno a trovarsi nel centro delle stanze e al tempo stesso ci ha consentito di disegnare agevolemente il piano inter-rato che ospita i box auto. I due vani scali sono collocati in una posizione sfalsata rispetto alla maglia strutturale per consentire una distribuzione piu agevole all’interno dell’edificio e al tempo stesso per aumentare la stabilità dell’intera struttura.

alla maglia strutturale sono stati aggiunti dei pilastri che non rivestono un ruolo strutturale ma che serviranno in seguito per agganciare il sistema di oscuramento della facciata sud.
