10/27/22 1 Bio-Donna Dunlap Donna Y Dunlap is Vice President, Deployment Manager for Xerox Corporation’s Lean Six Sigma strategy, in Rochester, NY. She was appointed to this position in 2004. Donna is responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma to the North American Sales and Marketing Organization, which encompasses designing the infrastructure and supports the delivery of the North America Solutions Group’s (NASG) Revenue and Profit Plan. Since joining Xerox in 1980, Donna has held numerous field sales, training and management positions, including Manager of Sales Operations in New York City, Area Sales Operations Manager, and Quality and Productivity manager. Additionally, she was Vice President of Sales, Public Sector Operations for the states of New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Most recently, she was Vice President of Sales for New York City / Long Island, managing the largest sales customer business unit in the North America Solutions Group (NASG). Donna is driven by the vast potential that the deployment of the Xerox Lean Six Sigma strategy presents. She is inspired by the efforts of the many Xerox Black Belts and their sponsors who have successfully led teams in developing leaner processes, reducing errors and delivering significant value to customers and to the corporation. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spelman College and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. Currently she is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Candidate. Donna has served on the board of trustees for Habitat for Humanity in New York City. Donna Y. Bio-Donna DunlapDonna Y Dunlap is Vice President, Deployment Manager for Xerox Corporation’s Lean Six Sigma strategy, in Rochester, NY. She was appointed to this position in 2004.

Donna is responsible for deploying Lean Six Sigma to the North American Sales and Marketing Organization, which encompasses designing the infrastructure and supports the delivery of the North America Solutions Group’s (NASG) Revenue and Profit Plan.
