LA PIATTAFORMA DI SOLLEVAMENTO DEL BLOCCOLa piattaforma sulla quale appoggia il carro porta blocchi durante la sega-gione è posizionata fra le quattro colonne del telaio e viene sollevata da 4 vitoni di 90 mm di diametro, con una filettatura trapezoidale di 12 mm.

I quattro vitoni sono fissati alla piattaforma. La piattaforma si solleva grazie alla rotazione delle chiocciole, posizionate sulla sommità della colonna in posizione ben protetta, che vengono fatte girare da una coppia conica, alberi di trasmissione e motore-inverter.

Questa soluzione allunga la vita delle chiocciole stesse. La piattaforma scorre verticalmente con precisione su 4 slitte (2 piane e 2 prismatiche) fissate alle colonne, rivestite da uno spesso strato di cromo per garantire una lunga durata nel tempo.

L’orizzontalità della piattaforma viene controllata costantemente daun dispositivo che arresta il telaio in caso di inclinazione dellapiattaforma stessa.

THE BLOCK-LIFTER PLATFORMThe platform on which the block trolley rests during sawing is placed be-tween four columns and is lifted by 4 x 90 mm diameter worm screws, with a 12 mm trapezoidal thread.

The four worm screws are fastened to the platform. The platform is lifted through the rotation of the lead screw nuts fitted on the top of the column,

in a properly protected position. The nuts are turned by a system of bevel gears, drive shafts and inverter motor. This special solutions extends

the service life of the lead screw nuts.

The platform moves precisely up on 4 slides (2 flat slides and 2 prismatic slides) fixed to the columns and plated with a thick

coat of chrome to guarantee a long working life.

The horizontal level of the platform is constantly checked by a device that stops the gangsaw if the platform tilts.

GLI SCORRIMENTI DEL QUADRO PORTALAMEIl quadro portalame è costituito da piastroni di acciaio rigidamente collegati tra loro, aventi ciascuno una sezio-ne di 800 x 60 mm. Il quadro portalame scorre su guide rettilinee articolate le quali sono praticamente esenti da manutenzione.

IL VOLANO E IL GRUPPO BATTERIA

IL VOLANO E IL GRUPPO BATTERIAIl gruppo batteria ha un peso di 12 ton ed è costituito dal volano in ghisa, da un albero volano in acciaio ad alta resistenza con diametro di 280 mm e da due sup-porti in ghisa al cui interno sono alloggiati i cuscinetti a rulli orientabili.Il volano in ghisa con diametro di 3.300 mm ha un peso di 8 ton, garantisce una ottima costanza della velocità di taglio, grazie all’alto rapporto fra la forza d’inerzia delle masse in rotazione e quella delle masse con movimento alternativo.

I due cuscinetti dell’albero volano sono contenuti nei due supporti progettati in modo tale da facilitare il controllo, la registrazione e l’eventuale sostituzione dei cuscinetti stessi, senza dover rompere le fondazioni in cemento armato.

Il motore da 110 kW trasmette il movimento al gruppo batteria mediante sette cinghie da 480 mm a basso coefficiente d’attrito.Un giunto idraulico, montato sull’albero motore, facilita la messa in moto del tela-io e riduce il consumo energetico.

FLYWHEEL UNIT

FLYWHEEL UNITThe unit weighs 12 tons and consists of a cast iron flywheel, a 280 mm diameter flywheel drive shaft made of high tensile steel and two cast iron supports with adjustable roller bearings inside.The 3,300 mm diameter flywheel weighs 8 tons, and guarantees a constant cutting speed, thanks to the high ratio between the inertia of the rotating masses and the inertia of the masses with an alternating movement.

The two bearings of the flywheel shaft are held by two carriers designed to make them easy to check, adjust or replace the bearings, without having to demolish the reinforced concrete foundations.

The 110 kW motor drives the unit through seven 480 mm belts with a low friction coefficient.A hydraulic joint on the motor drive shaft, assists gangsaw start-up and reduces energy consumption.

IL PIÙ SICURO SISTEMAA DUE BIELLEEsternamente all’albero volano sono fissate le manovel-le che trasmettono il movimento al quadro portalame mediante le due bielle.Le bielle sono realizzate in un monoblocco di acciaio lavorato e montano cuscinetti in bagno d’olio.

Il sistema a due bielle ha evidenti e provati vantaggi rispetto al sistema mono biella:• Tutta la potenza e, di conseguenza, lo sforzo mecca-

nico della spinta al portalame è diviso fra due bielle e non viene scaricato solamente su una biella unica.

• Essendo le due bielle fissate alle estremità del portala-me, esse aiutano le guide di scorrimento a mantenere il movimento del portalame perfettamente rettilineo e senza alcuna deviazione.

THE MOST RELIABLE SYSTEMWITH TWO CONNECTING RODSThe two cranks on the flywheel drive two connecting rods which transfer the movement to the blade holder.The connecting rods are made out of a machined steel monobloc and are supported by bearings running in anoil bath.

The system with two connecting rods provides clear and time tested advantages over a single connecting rod system:• All the power and the mechanical thrust transferred to

the blade holder are shared between two connecting rods instead of just one.

• The two connecting rods fixed to the ends of the blade holder help guarantee the movement, that remains perfectly rectilinear on the guides without any deviation.

BMSEMPLICITÀ D’USOUn circuito di passerelle in acciaio con parapetti e scala di accesso permette agli operatori di servire agevolmen-te la macchina. Il quadro comandi è dotato di schermo touch-screen a colori per la programmazione ed il con-trollo delle fasi di lavoro.

PROGRAMMATORE ELETTRONICO DI TAGLIO:a richiesta viene fornito il programmatore elettronico per l’autoregolazione della cala secondo il tipo di mate-riale. Il sistema permette di regolare automaticamente la velocità di cala a seconda del consumo energetico e delle sollecitazioni del telaio. Permette inoltre di im-postare sia la cala a seconda delle diverse altezze dei blocchi, sia l’altezza del “fermo macchina” per la prepara-zione dei cunei.

SISTEMA AUTOMATICO DI ARRESTO E SENSORI DI ROTTURA LASTRE:a richiesta viene fornito un sistema automatico di arre-sto rapido del telaio.Il sistema agisce alimentando il motore con una corren-te inversa rallentandolo fino al suo completo arresto, entro 20 secondi.Il sistema di arresto rapido viene attivato dai sensori che controllano l’eventualità di rottura lastre in fase di segagione.

ELECTRONIC PROGRAM:An optional electronic program can also be supplied, which automatically adjusts the downfeed on the basis of the type of material being sawn. This system automatically regulates the downfeed speed according to the electrical power absorbed, allows the operator to set different downfeeds based on the block heights and also set the heights where the machine stops for preparing the wedges.

AUTOMATIC STOP SYSTEM AND SLAB BREAK SENSORS:An automatic quick stop system is available as an optional feature. The system powers the motor with reverse current, slowing it down up to a standstill in 20 seconds.The quick stop system is activated by the sensors which checks the slab hasn’t broken while being sawn.
