Operating principle

The deaerator uses the combinedaction of several physical principles.The active part consists of anassembly of concentric metal meshsurfaces. These elements create thewhirling movement required tofacilitate the release of micro-bubblesand their adhesion to these surfaces.The bubbles, fusing with each other,increase in volume until the

hydrostatic thrust is such as toovercome the adhesion force to thestructure. They rise towards the topof the unit from which they arereleased through a float-operatedautomatic air release valve. Operating principle

The deaerator-dirt separator usesthe combined action of severalphysical principles. The active partconsists of an assembly ofconcentric metal mesh surfaces.These elements create the whirlingmovement required to facilitate therelease of micro-bubbles and theiradhesion to these surfaces.The bubbles, fusing with each other,

increase in volume until thehydrostatic thrust is such as toovercome the adhesion force to thestructure. They rise towards the topof the unit from which they arereleased through a float-operatedautomatic air release valve.The impurities in the water, collidingwith the metal surfaces of the internalelement, are separated out and fallto the bottom of the valve body.

The magnetic dirt separator, inaddition to the traditional dirtseparation function, is equippedwith a patented device to collectferrous impurities contained withinthe system water.A specific ring, featuring two slotsfor housing the magnets, is placedoutside the body in the part forcollecting the impurities.The ferrous particles are trappedin this way in the collection zone,thus avoiding they return incirculation. Pre-setting device

The convertible radiator valves are equipped with an internal depre-setting the head loss hydraulic characteristics.Specific passage cross sections can be selected by meancontrol nut, in order to generate the required resistance to the mthe medium.

Each passage cross section determines a specific Kv valuecreation of the head loss, which corresponds to a setting positgraduated scale.

Depending on the position in the system, the valve can be preso as to obtain an immediate balancing of the hydraulic circuit, both manual and thermostatic operation.
