Founded in 1948, Auxim since the beginning conceived and developed solutions to protect men, equipment and production in the mining sector. Quickly, the Auxim products turned to other industry sectors such as the Navy,

Railway and Iron and Steel industry.

The company ADES Technologies is created in 1994 to bring a global offer meeting the specific needs of each sector. Born from a fusion between Auxim and Delta Delage, it associates the expertise of these famous brands, widens the scopes of application of their products and develops new solutions.

In 1998, the Raflex company, specialized in low pressure connection for the railway sector (in accordance with the standard SNCF STM820A), the Navy and chemistry, joined ADES Technologies.

1998 kommt die Firma Raflex hinzu, spezialisiert in der Herstellung von Verschraubungen sowohl für den Eisenbahnsektor (gem. SNCF Norm STM820A) als auch für die Schifffahrt und die Chemieindustrie, so konnte ADES Technologies die Produktpalette entsprechend erweitern.

aDes technologies est également depuis des décennies concepteur et fabricant de clapets pour

les wagons citernes transportant les produits de Classe 2/3/4/6/8 du RiD (Regulations concerning the international carriage of Dangerous goods by rail). Quelques spécificités de notre aUXim Dis Dn80 toUt temps :

• Clapets identiques pour phase Liquide et Phase Gaz (mêmes organes sur les deux phases pour une maintenance simplifiée et un nombre de composants réduits).

• Commande manuelle (version standard) ou pneumatique (en option).

• Dispositif Interne de Sécurité (DIS) DN80 à passage intégral.• Température d’utilisation : -40°C à +50°C.• Démoulage dans 80mm de glace (manœuvrable sans vis de

dégivrage avec un effort de manœuvre < 25 daN).• Etanchéité pneumatique de 0,03 à 3 MPa (pression d’épreuve :

4,5 MPa).

• Commande « ouverture/fermeture » avec verrouillage et ressort de rappel intégré à la commande (pas de point d’attache sur le châssis du wagon).

• Vidange accélérée par profil hydrodynamique adapté.• Temps de montage sur wagon neuf simplifié par mise en

position automatique des éléments (conception) et montage par l’extérieur.

• Remplissage possible par la phase gaz sans déverrouiller la commande bilatérale grâce au fonctionnement autonome possible du DIS.

• Vitesse d’écoulement autorisée au remplissage (avec ou sans manœuvre des clapets) : 18 m/s.

• Maintenance (par l’intérieur et/ou l’extérieur du wagon) préventive des joints des clapets tous les 8 ans. Remplace-ment des presse-étoupes des manchettes tous les 24 ans.

• Possibilité de livrer le DIS avec des joints PTFE, CR ou FKM (interchangeable pour s’adapter au besoin du client).

• Certification TÜV / UIC 573 OR.

transporting products of Class 2/3/4/6/8 RiD (Regu-lations concerning the international carriage of Dangerous goods by rail). Hereafter some characteristics of our auXiM “double phase” Dis ND 80:

• Identical valves for Liquid and Gas Phase (same valves for the two phases, easy maintenance and reduced number of components).

• Operating: mechanical (standard) or pneumatic (option).• Internal Safety Device ND80.• Temperature range: -40°C up to +50°C.• De-icing possible for 80 mm ice (operating without de-icing

screw, operation torque < 25daN).• Pneumatic sealing range: from 0,03 to 3 Mpa (Test- pressure:

4,5 MPa).

• Opening and closing system with locking device and handle with return spring (no contact to the wagon frame).

• Speed up emptying via hydrodynamic profile.• Shorter mounting time on new wagons by automatic positio-

ning of the elements and mounting from outside the wagon.• Filling through gas phase allowed without unlocking the

mechanical handling due to the functioning of the security device.

• Allowed filling speed: 18 m/s (with or without operating the valve)

• Preventive Maintenance (from inside and/or outside of the wagon) by replacing sealing devices every 8 years. Replace-ment of packing box assemblies every 24 years.

• The safety device can be delivered with PTFE, CR or FKM sealing-rings (adapted to customer needs).

• Certification TÜV / UIC 573 OR.

• Betätigung: Handbetrieb (Standard) oder pneumatisch (Option).• Sicherheitsvorrichtung (DIS) ND80.• Betriebstemperatur: von -40°C bis +50°C.• Enteisen aus 80 mm Eis möglich (betreibbar ohne Enteisungsschraube,

Betätigungsmoment < 25 daN)• Pneumatische Dichtheitsskala von 0,03 bis 3 MPa (Testdruck: 4,5 MPa).

• Öffnen/Schliessen Bedienung mit Verriegelung und eingebauter Spannfeder (kein Befestigungspunkt auf dem Unterbau des Waggons)

nierung der jeweiligen Elementen (Konzeption) und Montage von Außen.• Füllen über die Gasphase möglich ohne Freigabe der doppelseitigen Bedienung
