How to Order

Preparing For Your Event

Free Consultation If you have any questions regarding our service, or you have a specific menu in mind, you can give us a call, drop us an email or make an appointment to drop by our office for a free consultation.

Request Quotation To make an online quotation request, you may visit 29catering.com/quote. Alternatively, you can make an appointment to lodge the quotation request at our office. You will receive a quotation within 24 hours during normal business day.

3Customer Agree Sign and return the quotation once you agreed with the quotation. We will check the availability upon receiving your signed quotation

Agreement Signing If we are available on the selected date, we will invite you to sign the agreement by dropping by at your place. We can also email you the agreement for you to sign at your convenient.

Receive Payment Our finance department will issue you an invoice after receiving your agreement. It is very important that you make the payment before the payment due date. Discuss with our finance department if you would like to request for specific payment terms.

15 Days Before Event You will receive the name and contact number for the supervisor that is in charge of your event.

21 Day Before Event Setup and decoration will be done one day before the event for a large size event. Your supervisor will get in touch with you to schedule your setup.

3Day of Event For smaller size event, setup will begin at least 1 hour before the event starts. An on-site supervisor will be there and you may approach him if you need any assistance.

How many days in advance do I need to place the order?

It is recommended that you place the order at least 7 days before your event.

Are your food Muslim friendly?

Yes, all our food are Muslim friendly. Moreover, all our kitchen crew is Muslim Malay.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the whole Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

What time do you deliver?

We deliver 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Any delivery fee and extra charges?

Our price is all-inclusive. All fees are included in your catering package except buffet line tables.

Do you provide buffet line tables rental?

Yes, you can rent a buffet line tables & skirting at RM200 each set.

Do you provide vegetarian meal?

Vegetarian packed meal is available starting from RM20 per pack. You can also change some of the buffet dishes to vegetarian options

How can I pay? We accept bank transfer, FPX payment as well as a cheque payment.

What is your food portion like? We cater to the exact no. of guests based on your order with a small buffer for your guests.

What happens if I need to cancel my order? Cancelation within 2 months before the event will incur a 50% charge while cancelation within 1 month will incur a 100% charge.

What is your payment term? Our payment term is NET 10 (Payment ten days after the invoice date). Application for credit terms is subject to approval.

Any requirement in order to apply for credit terms?

We and CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd may conduct credit/trade checks, CCRIS & DCHEQS on your company and where applicable, your director(s), shareholder(s) and guarantor(s). We are entitled at our discretion to approve or decline your credit terms application based on reasons which include your eligibility for the application and your compliance with our internal credit and registration requirements.
