La Fabbrica S.p.A. a été fondée à Castel Bolognese (Ravenne) en 1994 et elle est spécialisée dans la production et la commercialisation de carreaux de sol et muraux en céramique italienne haut de gamme. In 1994 La Fabbrica Spa was founded in Castel Bolognese (RA) in Italy. It is specialized in the production and sales of high-quality floors and wall ceramic coverings. Through its brand La Fabbrica, the company is committed to to spreading the concept of HIGH QUALITY, DESIGN and CREATIVITY.
The company has transformed the research for quality into the corporate mission. This value has always accompanied the design of products from the idea to the production and to the market sales, as well as from the research&development to the facility and to the widespread sales distribution in Italy and abroad. Dans le but d’étendre et d’améliorer les fonctions logistiques, en 2004, un premier lot de terrain a été acheté à Bagnara di Romagna (Ravenne) près du site de pro-duction pour la construction d’un nouvel entrepôt plus pratique pour l’expédition du matériel.

Following the last trends, during Cersaie 2014, the Ava brand introduces the big size. Extraordinary Size is the ambitious project of the largest porcelain stoneware slabs in the world, 320x160 cm with a thickness of only 6 mm which develops a wide range of collections declined in a great variety of graphics and smaller sizes, ideal for any type of furniture and application (tops, doors and doors for furniture, ventilated walls, contract, spa, etc).

On the 12 of April in Imola, La Fabbrica inaugurated its gorgeous showroom based in Palazzo Dal Monte Casoni (dated in the fifteenth-century), an area of over 750 square meters dedicated to the exhibition of the best products of the company.The concepts of art and cultural historicity of the Palazzo are harmoniously combined with the contem-porary nature of the product philosophy of La Fabbrica.

On August 3rd 2017: acquisition of 100% of Elios Ceramica and the connected Elle Ceramica, based in Fiorano Modenese. Elios is the artistic ceramic tile segment and highlights the attention to details typical of artisan style with a turnover of approximately EUR 25 million. This company is Highly com-plementary to La Fabbrica in terms of sizes, placement and successfully served geographical areas.

On October 18th 2017 Italcer acquires luxury bathroom brand Devon&Devon, world leader in the lu-xury bathroom furnishing. The Rubiera factory (RE) is equipped with the latest generation systems for produ-cing porcelain stoneware, with a production capacity of 4.5 million square meters of wall and floor cove-rings. The complete cycle is highly technological, flexible, and has a low impact on the environment. The site has adopted measures for the reducrion of emission and energy consumption, and environmental monitoring, in accordance with stipulated regulations.

In 2015 Rondine acquired the company SpryDry, situated in Sassuolo (MO), specialized in the production of atomised powder for porcelain stoneware. In this way the group can guarantee the total product life cycle of the porcelain tile.

The Italian market obviously represents the first source of income for the company, but the commercial strategy undertaken by the property has been that oriented to the opening of new markets in every part of the globe, arriving to ship its products at the end of 2019 in well over 90 countries: this push towards export represents one of the main characteristics of La Fabbrica, making the com-pany less and less tied to a single reference market and in this way more competitive.

La production de sols et revêtements en céramique de chez LA FABBRICA S.p.A. est faite sur 4 sites du Groupe Italcer dans le secteur de Sassuolo.
The production of floor and wall tiles for LA FABBRICA S.p.A. is made in four main factories of Italcer group, located in the ceramic district in Sassuolo (Italy).
USINE DE RUBIERARUBIERA PLANT
L’usine de Rubiera (Reggio Emilia) est équipée d’installations pour la production de grès cérame de dernière génération, avec une capacité de production annuelle de 5 millions de mètres carrés de carreaux de sol et de mur. L’usine adopte des mesures pour réduire les émissions et la consommation et pour surveiller l’environnement, comme l’exigent les règ-lements EMAS, ISO 14001 et 50001.
The Rubiera factory (Reggio Emilia) is equipped with the latest gene-ration systems for producing porcelain stoneware, with a production capacity of 5 million square metres of wall and floor coverings. The site has adopted measures for the reduction of emissions and energy consumption, and environmental monitoring, in accordance with stipulated regulations.
USINE DE FIORANOFIORANO PLANT
À Fiorano Modenese se trouve l’une des usines du Groupe Italcer, d’une superficie de 16 000 m2. Ce site est histori-quement spécialisé dans les petits formats. L’année der-nière, d’importants investissements technologiques ont été réalisés qui permettent aujourd’hui de produire jusqu’à 2,8 millions de m2 de grès cérame émaillé dans des formats allant de 15x15 à 100x100 (dernières installations), avec des applications de la plus haute qualité.
Fiorano Modenese plant is one of the Italcer Group’s factories with a surface area of 16,000 m2. This site is historically specialized in ceramic small formats. In the last years, important technological investments have been done and by now it’s possibile to produce up to 2.8 million m2 of glazed porcelain stoneware in sizes ranging from 15x15 up to 100x100 (latest installations), with very high quality applications.

The historical production of small-size ceramics continues at the fac-tory in Vetto (Reggio Emilia), the original production site of Sadon with the innovative 6x25 Brick Generation. These facilities annually produceover 3.5 million m2 of flooring, coverings and skirting tiles in porcelain stoneware.

L’usine de Sassuolo se distingue par la production de produi-ts atomisés. Le cycle de traitement commence à la Spray Dry, une société contrôlée par Ceramica Rondine. La Spray Dry est la plus importante usine de production de grès cérame atomisé de tout le district de la céramique de Sassuolo. La structure compte 4 moulins et 3 atomiseurs, avec une capa-cité de production annuelle de 450 000 tonnes de produits atomisés.
The processing cycle starts at Spray Dry, one of the Ceramica Ron-dine’s companies. This autonomy ensures ongoing quality control at any point during processing. Spray Dry is the mot significant pro-duction department of atomised powder for porcelain stoneware inthe entire ceramic district of Sassuolo. The site has 4 granulators and 3 sprayers, with an annual production capacity of 450.000 tons of atomised powder.

La fierté de La Fabbrica SpA est le département de recherche et développement qui conçoit en interne chaque produit de son offre unique, des décors aux fonds les plus raffinés, jusqu’aux textures avec designinnovants et uniques dans l’univers de la ceramique, en garantissant ainsi la qualité des produits italiens.Le département recherche et développement emploie cinq techniciens internes qui collaborent avec les plus renommées societés de conception en céramique.Le marketing de La Fabbrica et son R&D ont établi importantes collaborations avec architectes, designers de renommée mondiale tels que l’atelier d’architecture Massimo Iosa Ghini et les designers Dorianaet Massimiliano Fuksas.
La Fabbrica SpA is proud of the research&development department that internally designs every single element of the ceramic tiles and slabs, from simple tile to the most refined decorations, from textures to innovative designs unique in the ceramic sector, thus guaranteeing the unparalleled qualities of the Italian products.
The research&development department employs five internal researchers who collaborate with the most renowned ceramic design studios. Together with the marketing departement of La Fabbrica, the research and development has made important collaborations with world-renowned architects and designers such as the architectural studio of Massimo Iosa Ghini and the designers Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas.
