Nov. 03 – May 08 Lombardia Integrata S.p.A. MilanPart of Lombardia Informatica group, which counts 700 employees, Lombardia Integrata has been created in 1999 in order to manage a major project in the Government and Health-care Business for Regione Lombardia (CRS Carta Regionale dei Servizi). The project has the goal to provide several services to each player in the Health-care Community such as portals, connection to central db of Regional data-center, patient identification through smart-card, automatic handling of financial flows. The Project is part of European Netlink Project.

Project Manager/ Functional Analyst

Managing implementation of overall process of production and delivery of smart-card, working with 3rd party suppliers such as Siemens, Telecom and Almaviva. Part of the Implementation team of major, strategic project for HP WW, handling Canada, Latin America and Asia implementation– in particular I was leading the application interfaces, thus guaranteeing that all company processes and applications impacted by the new application suite and database for catalogue of products and relative pricelists information were operative without technical or procedure failures.

Training to financial analysts, in the marketing and administration area, to explain the new process for price creation and the management of the product life-cycle.

As part of Bankamericad Organisation and Information Systems, I performed the technical-functional analysis, sw coding , the test and the implementation of applications for the whole credit card issuing process.

During the last 2 years I participated to the design phase of the new application to be used by DB group for credit cards handling, working together with American and German counsellors (Hogan/CSC)

Major achievements: Optimisation of the COBOL code of night-time batch programs: Processing time reduced by 70%.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Degree in Computer Science, obtained in July 1996 at the State University of Milan, mark 105/110 (course attended during the working period). Dissertation: Declaration and procedure semantics for disjunctive logical programs: feasibility study of the computing complexity.
