WWT International Group of Companies (WWT) is the world leader in developing solutions for reducing torque, drag, wear and buckling during drilling, as well as for expanding coiled tubing capabilities in extended reach wells since 1988. WWT is known for engineering ingenuity, and for exceeding customers’ requirements and expectations with its own products. WWT’s 134 patents and industry awards clearly demonstrate the Groups’ commitment. I am working as Financial Accountant and responsible for the entire Finance function of the Group companies operating in MENA and Europe region and directly support the Group Financial Controller and Senior Controller (who is the head of the finance department). Following are key responsibilities: Support and participate in monthly management reporting and budgets and ensure that the same are in accordance

with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) of all operating companies of MENA and Europe region;

Assuring that proper Controllership and Compliance processes are in place, including policies and procedures, account reconciliations, closing checklists, proper revenue recognition and proper documentation and approval processes;

Responsible for the full cycle closing process of the general ledger, including accurate and timely financial reporting, planning, forecasting, internal and external audit support, and management of risks and opportunities in MENA and Europe region;

Carry out the monthly and quarterly analytical reviews and reconciliations of the operating companies’ monthly results; Oversee Group audit and liaise with Group and local auditors to ensure smooth interim and yearly audits; Perform Group Consolidation, prepare Group’s consolidated financial statements including consolidated cash flows and

Intercompany Reconciliations and advise on technical accounting and auditing matters at Group and operating company level;

Generate Accounting Policies and Procedure Manuals for all operating companies of Middle East and Europe from scratch and ensure that the same are consistent with other group companies and are in accordance with the requirements of IFRS;

Generate Supplements for all operating companies of Middle East and Europe to include in Group’s Handbook and ensure that the same are updated as a result of any changes;
