The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is supposed one of the Kingdom's most ambitious and distinguished projects, and a substantial addition to the economic sector and the prestigious urban development in Riyadh. It is in the meantime one of the most important projects carried out by the Public Pension Agency (PPA), which owns, manages and oversees the project, through its investment arm; namely: Al,Ra’idah Investment Company.Construction supervision of the 47 towers of the King Abdullah Financial District.Situated in the Asahafa area of Riyadh, The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is one of the largest construction sites anywhere in the world. This development is being undertaken by the Rayadah Investment Corporation, the investment arm of the Pension Authority of Saudi Arabia, and will include fifty-nine(59) high-rise towers for both residential and commercial occupation. This self-contained 1.6 million square meter district will house retail, entertainment and hospitality offerings as well as 62,000 parking spaces, all surrounded by lush, landscaped public open spaces all serviced by an ultra-modern

light rail link.Dar Al Riyadh is involved in this ground breaking development, supervising a large percentage of the project with forty-seven(47) of the fifty-nine(59) towers entrusted to our team.
