    Le document forward est sous forme dune lettre dinformation , son objectif reside dansla demonstration et la prsentation des innovations et des nouvelles initiatives prisent par lasocit international ressources .Aprs la reussite des oprations effectues au Brsil , la socit decide de fairelimplmentation dune nouvelle branche dans la u!ane fran"aise en ralisant un nouvelinvestissement dans le developpement durable dans la r ion et cela en ralisant des alimentsbio et des produits fait maison ainsi #ue des produits artisanales tel #ue les bijou$ ou lesmeubles de decoration .%& cela tout en assurant des salaires e#uitables et de nouvelles opportunits demploi .

But now a 0rench compan!for the fact of bein competitive a ainst a certain countr! remains hard, because of china that offers products thatare a wa! less e$pensive.'n an uncertain , chan in and hi hl! competitive economic environment , the compan! must develop a lon 5term strate ! . uccess factors will pla! on the product strate ! , the abilit! to innovate and develop themana ement capacit! and confidence of customers. (ustomer is more demandin and re#uires a #ualit! productat a lower price and finall! to be competitive the compan! must reduce its cost to a 6a$imum.'n principle it is #uite difficult to reconcile competitiveness and citi4enship strate ies of a compan!. 'ndeed to becompetitive as we have seen above it must reduce its production costs to a minimum. (iti4en actions have acost , it is a set of loads that reduce the profitabilit! of the compan! even if there are ta$ incentives or insufficientprofitabilit! challen es the competitiveness and even survival of businesses .&he movement for citi4enship onl! appeared in recent !ears. &he oal of sustainable development is to meet thepresent needs of the present eneration without compromisin the abilit! of future enerations to enjo! it. 'nconclusion we have seen that it is difficult for a compan! to reconcile competitiveness and citi4enship as itshould invest in stoc/s and this has a cost, while facin the pressures of lobali4ation it will reduce the costs

    more so that it could be competitive. 'f the compan! wishes to act in favor of citi4enship it must have a lon 5term strate ! . As a matter of fact to be competitive the compan! must have numerous computers andcommunication resources in order to reduce production costs.
