2010 i vous n’avez jamais entendu parler de la marque de vélos Globe, nous comprenons pourquoi. Pen- dant des années nous avons fabriqué des vélos pour les accros à la performance. Et puis nous avons décidé de créer une marque de vélos urbains, guidés par leur fonctionnalité et leur esthétique. Les fous de performance sont nombreux, mais combien sont les pédaleurs quotidiens ? Beaucoup plus. Voyons ce que nous pouvons leur apporter. 02

pour les accros à la performance. Et puis nous avons décidé de créer une marque de vélos urbains, guidés par leur fonctionnalité et leur esthétique. Les fous de performance sont nombreux, mais combien sont les pédaleurs quotidiens ? Beaucoup plus. Voyons ce que nous pouvons leur apporter.
Nous avons démarré d’une feuille blanche, avec des idées neuves et une sérieuse passion du vélo. Assez vite, notre inspiration a donné naissance à des vélos comme le Roll, Live, Haul, Vienna et Carmel. Des vélos qui par-lent d’eux-mêmes à leurs futurs utilisateurs : Cyclistes urbains, vélotaffeurs, coursiers fan de fixie, nouveaux écolos, etc… Nous avons soumis nos prototypes à ces personnes et nous les avons photographiées , continuez de feuilleter pour en savoir plus.

Nous croyons fermement que pour faire d’un vélo votre vélo, il faut que le vélo soit neutre et élégant. Concevoir des vélos fonctionnels, pratiques, fiables et authentiques était la partie la plus facile. Nous nous sommes concentrés sur des couleurs classiques, des lignes pures, des composants coordonnés et des matériaux naturels. Vous ne verrez pas de logos proéminents sur nos vélos, nous avons laissé la place pour qu’ils deviennent VOTRE vélo, une extension de votre style de vie et de votre personnalité.
Maintenant que votre vélo vous reflète, l’écusson Globe va apporter la touche finale. Car c’est en fait un petit encadrement
pour exprimer votre créativité. Peut être une photo de votre chat, votre mère, un tatouage ou quoi que ce soit que vous ayez envie de montrer à cet endroit (restons correct quand même !).
Nous nous assurons que les poignées, la selle, les pédales et certains autres éléments sont harmonieux. Comme ça, vous avez un terrain « propre » pour vous
exprimer. Soignez votre style avec les décorations fournies ou bien créez les vôtres.

Il a commencé sa carrière à 12 ans en créant un fanzine de skate. Formé au graphisme à l’Art Center College of Design. Artiste de rue (graffiti), il a participé à la création de MASH SF, premier film dédié à la scène fixie de San Francisco. Ses clients : Nike, RedBull, Diesel Jeans, Heineken, Microsoft, Fedex… Garrett est dingue de vélo.

Une carrière prolixe dans l’industrie du cycle. Mécanicien puis manager d’un magasin, mécano dans une équipe de Coupe du Monde, Robin a ensuite évolué vers la conception et le développement. Passionné de soudure et de construc-tion, sa formation initiale de biologiste tend à le guider vers une approche alternative de la conception de vélos urbains.
