Exemples de normes existantes _Norme ISO 9000 pour la qualité, norme ISO 14000 pour un système de management environnemental, norme ISO 26000 sur la responsabilité sociétale… D’autres normes ont été créées, notamment la SA 8000 sur les conditions de travail, qui prévoit des mécanismes de contrôles auxquels les ONG peuvent participer. Une norme intéressante, la AA 1000 (de l’association britannique Accountability) est fondée sur la qualité du dialogue entre toutes les parties prenantes de l’entreprise.
