GITRAL est depuis plus de 40 ans, le seul fabricant français de vases d’expansion pour le chauffage (solaire,gaz,fuel,etc..), pour l’eau sanitaire et les systèmes de surpression.Située au coeur de l’Auvergne, entre Thiers et Clermont-Ferrand, sur un terrain de 30.000 m2 (dont 6.000 m2 couverts) sa production est entièrement intégrée et conforme à la directive des appareils sous pression 97/23 CE.Le Contrôle qualité est effectué unitairement et correspond à deux fois la pression de service maximale permettant de garantir une fiabilité optimum.Un stock important de l’intégralité de sa gamme (de 4 à 1000 litres) permet, 12 mois sur 12, de répondre à tout moment à la demande de sa clientèle.GITRAL vend plus de 300.000 vases d’expansion par an et propose également une gamme complète d’accessoires périphériques.

THE COMPANY

Since its foundation more than forty years ago, GITRAL has been the sole French manufacturer of expansion vessels for heating and cold water (sanitary, pumps, etc.)GITRAL is based in the heart of Auvergne, between Thiers and Clermond-Ferrand, over a 30.000 m2 surface, 6000 of which are covered area.All expansion vessels are manufactured according to the PED Directive 97/23/EC. Quality controls are performed twice on each vessel, including a 100% pressure test, thus granting the highest reliability. FONCTIONNEMENT- Constitué d’une pompe ou de plusieurs pompes, de soupapes et de vase(s) non pressurisés; Ils fonctionnent simultanément à l’aide d’un panneau de contrôle convivial, efficace et utilisable immédiatement. Le dégazage automatique aide le système à travailler au maximum de ses capacités tout en limitant la consommation en énergie.

FUNCTIONING- Consists in a group of pumps, valves and tank(s) not pressurized, all of these run by a control panel, friendly using, efficient and ready to work.- Automatic degasification helps to keep working the system by maximum performance and saving the energy consumption.

Les vases GITRALINOX en acier inoxydable sont plus particulièrement destinés à des appli-cations dont l’atmosphère est très agressive ou dont le niveau d’hygiène est une exigence de premier ordre. Ils sont adaptés à l’agro-alimentaire, pour des systèmes à eau froide et pour la production d’eau chaude sanitaire. Certains sont également utilisés comme anti-coup de bélier (réf. AB 0.16). Cette gamme devient progressivement incontournable du fait de sa longévité exceptionnelle. Elle se distingue par la qualité de sa membrane en butyle alimentaire qui est garantie contre tous risques de toxicité. L’attestation de Conformité Sanitaire ACS et la norme anglo-saxonne WRAS, garantissent l’usage des vases GITRALINOX pour la production d’eau potable.

The GITRALINOX vessels are made of stainless steel. They are meant to sanitary hot water production, against water hammering (AB 0.16 code) or in ordinary cold water installations. They are particularly adapted to corrosive atmospheres (coastal areas, food-industry etc.) The GITRALINOX vessels have become most popular because of their long-life resistance. These vessels have an absolutely non-toxic membrane suitable for potable water, certified by the French norm ACS and the British WRc (WRAS).

EXPORT WARRANTY SALES CONDITIONSGITRAL S.A. (“GITRAL”) LlMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products covered: all products manufactured and identified as manufactured by GITRAL;This warranty cannot be transferred - it is extended only to the original purchaser or first user of the product. By accepting and keeping this product you agree to all of the warranty terms and limitations of liability described below. The warranty is not valid in case the purchaser does not respect the terms of payment agreed with GITRAL.

Important warning - read carefully the installation, operating and maintenance instructions manual (“manual”) to avoid serious personal injury and/or pro-perty damage and to ensure sale use and proper care of this product.Who receives GITRAL’s product warranty: ali purchasers or first user of the new product; the warranty is non-transferable.What is covered by this warranty: GITRAL warrants to the purchaser or first user of the new product that, at the time of manufacture, the product is free from defects in material and workmanship. Any warranty claim must be made within one (1) year, unless another time period is agreed between GITRAL and the purchaser, measured from the time the product was manufactured.

What GITRAL will do if you have a covered warranty claim: in the event of a breach of the foregoing warranty, GITRAL will at its option either make repairs to correct any defect in material or workmanship or supply and ship either new or used replacement parts or products. GITRAL will not accept any claims for labour, property damage or other costs.

What this warranty does not cover - exclusions and limitations: this warranty does not cover any claim unless it was caused by a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period. In addition, this warranty shall not apply:• if the product is not correctly installed, operated, or maintained as described in the manual provided with this warranty; • to any failure or malfunction resulting from abuse (including freezing); improper or negligent: handling, shipping (by anyone other than GITRAL), storage, use, operation, accident; or alteration, lightning, flood or any other environmental condition; • to any failure or problem resulting from the use of the product for any purpose other than those specified in the accompanying• manual or alteration of any part of the product;• this warranty does not cover labour costs, shipping charges, service charges, delivery expenses, administrative lees or anycosts incurred in removing or reinstalling the product;• this warranty does not cover any claims submitted to GITRAL or a GITRAL-authorized distributor or retailer more than 15 days after expiration of the appli-cable warranty time period described in this warranty;• this warranty does not cover repair or replacement costs not authorized in advance by GITRAL;• this warranty also does not cover corrosion on mild steel flanges (stainless steel flanges must be used).

Additional warranty limitations: all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are specifi-cally disclaimed.

Note: the vessel covered by this warranty is not to be sold to and can not be used in the United States, its territories or possessions and Canada.

Limitations of remedies: the remedies contained in this warranty are the purchaser’s / first user’s exclusive remedies. In no circumstances will GITRAL be liable for more than, and purchaser / first user’s remedies shall not exceed, the price paid for theproduct. In no case shall GITRAL be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether resulting from non-delivery or from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product or from defects in the product or from GITRAL’s own negligence or other tort. This exclusion applies regardless of whether such damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strictly, in tort or under any other legal theory. Such damages in-clude, but are not limited to, inconvenience, loss or damage to property, mold, loss of profits, loss of savings or revenue, loss of use of the products or anyassociated equipment, facilities, buildings or services, downtime, and the claims of third parties including customers.

What to do if you have a problem covered by this warranty: any covered warranty service must be authorized by GITRAL.Contact the person from whom you purchased the product, who must receive in writing authorization from a GITRAL distributor or GITRAL. The following documentation will be supplied for receiving authorization:• The enclosed “Schedule of returns” sheet duly filled by the purchaser / first user;• Reports, photos etc. describing the problem.If you do not receive a prompt response, call GITRAL directly at +33 (04) 73 73 12 75Notice of a warranty claim should be submitted by the authorized distributor to GITRAL at the following address:

Before GITRAL determines to provide any replacement part or product, it may, as a pre-condition to making such a determination, require that the warranty claimant ships the product, postage prepaid, to an authorized GITRAL distributor, or to GITRAL and provide proof of purchase evidenced by the original sales receipt.

Replacement product warranty: in case of replacement of a product or any component part, GITRAL reserves the right to make changes in the design, construction, or material of the substitute components or products, which shall be subject to all of the terms and limitation of this warranty, except that the applicable warranty periods shall be reduced by the amount of time the warranty claimant owned the product prior to submitting notification of the warranty claim.
