• Étude à deux bras, en double aveugle pour BOC, en ouvert pour PEG2b/RBV – Randomisation selon un rapport de 2:1 (expérimental : contrôle) – Dose de bocéprévir de 800 mg 3 x/jour

• Période préliminaire de 4 semaines avec PEG2b/RBV pour tous les patients – PEG-2b 1,5 µg/kg 1 x/sem ; RBV 600 à 1 400 mg/jour divisés en deux prises quotidiennes

• Virologie

• Charge virale VHC et génotype viral (1a vs 1b)

• AgHBs, charge virale VIH, CD4 (> 200 ou > 15%)

• Anticorps anti-tissus et anti-nucléaires,TSH

• Ferritine, vitamine B9
