Overall lessons:
Vertebral discs consist of tough cartilage husk around cushion of
elastic cartilage.
Ligaments and bone processes limit rotation and flexion.
Top vertebral joint has no disc.
Humerus is held mostly by tendons.
Clavicle can be separated from scapula.
Ulna can change angle, radius can also rotate.
Ulnar process prevents hyperextension.
Hip held together w/ tighter ligaments (less free than shoulder).
Knee held together w/ seven ligaments (lateral, medial, anter.).
Knee can lock into straight position w/ tight ligaments (save E).
