    In view of the recent amendment made in the Patents Act, 1970 by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    effective from 01st January 2005, the Official Journal of The Patent Office is required to be published under

    the Statute. This Journal is being published on weekly basis on every Friday covering the various proceedings

    on Patents as required according to the provision of Section 145 of the Patents Act 1970. All the enquiries on

    this Official Journal and other information as required by the public should be addressed to the Controller

    General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks. Suggestions and comments are requested from all quarters so that

    18 Months publication as required under Section 11A of the Patents Act, 1970

    as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005.

    Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of

    opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under

    section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,

    2006.

    Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and

    abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as

    per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.8/- per page. If any further details are required to be

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,

    Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published

    containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th

    months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions

    of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

    The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are

    discontinued from 01/01/2009.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

    However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

    for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

    from the date of second publication, provided that there is there is no third party representation.

    AND PRIORITY FILTERING• A system (200) and a method (100) to generate notifications for text messages based on content

    relevance and priority filtering are disclosed. The method (100) and the system (200) provide an intelligent message filtering

    mechanism that analyzes the text messages for various parameters to determine importance and relevance thereof and thus make a

    precise decision about whether to display the notification to the user that the message has been received or to suspend the notification

    until a particular instance. The method (100) and the system (200) give notifications of only context-relevant, situation-relevant,

    maximum priority and user preferred text messages to the user thereby reducing the nuisance caused by a large amount of unread/

    (57) Abstract :

    Security is very essential now days as most people are at work and their homes remain closed for most of the time. So a need of a

    security system even when we are away from it is essential. In our project we are trying to provide a security system through which

    the owner and the members can keep an eye on their home while being away from it. This system uses a vibration sensor for

    monitoring vibrations. Vibrations occur when a thief or unwanted entry tries to break in the door/window and tries to enter. The

    controller senses the vibrations and sends the values to Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry pi checks the values and compares with the

    desired set of values. If the input value is greater than the threshold value then it turns ON a buzzer and the Raspberry Pi controller

    sends a message and an email to the desired owners of the system and the security department and it starts the video capturing of the

    scene. The owner can then live stream the video by simply typing the IP address of the Pi controller in the web browser. In this way

    the owner can take desired actions in the future.

    (57) Abstract :

    This project is related to Voice controlled Wheelchair System by using Speech Recognition Module and Hand Gesture Control along

    with obstacle avoidance facility. This system is designed to control a wheelchair with the voice and hand gesture of the user as well as

    the dial pad on the smart phone. The objective of this project is to facilitate the movement of people who are disabled or handicapped

    and elderly people who are not able to move well. The result of this design will allow a certain people to live a life with less

    dependence on others. Speech Recognition technology is a key which may provide a new way of human interaction with machines or

    tools. Thus the problems that these people face can be solved by speech recognition and hand gesture to move the wheelchair. And the

    tongue detector also senses the movement of the tongue and accordingly moves the wheelchair. This tongue detector is useful for

    those people those who have a 90% paralyzed body and no other part of the body is working rather than is facial part.

    Today all vehicles comes with air conditioning system, while using air conditioning system we can cool air charge going to engine by

    using second turbo intercooler. This system will not take any additional power from engine. By passing same refrigerant after

    evaporator system to second intercooler then to compressor. As gas coming from evaporator is maximum 20 degree celsius. Also

    more cooled gas going to compressor is not acceptable as compressor is designed for gas type refrigerant, not for liquid refrigerant for

    continuous service. As cooled air charge as per designed temperature going to engine cylinder we will have more power, fuel

    efficiency by avoiding knocking and less air pollution in environment. Shape of second turbo intercooler will be depend upon capacity

    of air conditioning system, refrigerant used and designed air charge temperature to engine cylinders. Keywords: No additional power

    from engine, good efficiency of engines and easy for installation.

    Identifying Social Network Delusion to Investigate Addiction Ratio by Mining Social Media Data Abstract: Mining social media is

    the method of defining, analyzing, and extracting applicative patterns and trends from row social media data. Social media are very

    popular way of expressing opinions and communicating with many individual in the online world. However rising amount of social

    network delusion among various age categories are recently noted. Hence, we propose a framework that analyzes SND (Social

    Network Delusion) and investigates the addiction ratio among various age groups and genders. This work first defines the framework

    for analyzing the social network delusion based on mining online social behavior, here it conducts the feature analysis and calculates

    sentiment score to increase prediction accuracy. Then it investigate the comparative social network addiction ratio by capturing SND

    result from recorded entries of SND prediction for large scale findings of SND cases among different age groups and genders.

    remains same as that of known fuel display method. The present fuel display method is of analog type comprising a needle gauge

    indicating residual quantity of fuel on graduated scale, which is marked according to capacity of fuel tank. Thus in present invention

    needle gauge directly indicates the remaining quantity of fuel remains in the fuel tank of vehicle. So it is possible for inexperienced

    person also to known exact the quantity of fuel remains in the vehicle. Also with present invention, it is possible to reduce risk of fuel

    theft or fraud at fuel pump because comparison can be done to find the amount of fuel filled in vehicle and the needle gauge indication

    of present invention easily.

    (57) Abstract : This invention relates generally for shifting of gears without actually changing of gears via gear lever. The primary objective of this invention is to execute gear shifts

    smooth as well as decreasing the time for shifting gears up and down on input from the driver. It uses electronic actuators to shift the gears which dispenses with the

    need of changing gears with gear lever. Other objectives and advantages of the device of this invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of the invention taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawing which is an electronic circuit of the electro mechanical shifter system. Referring now to the drawing

    it will be seen that the two electronic actuators are connected to the battery via relay and the two actuating switches are provided. In our vehicle (gokart), the system is

    adapted to fit onto the steering wheel in the form of two switches- upper switch and lower switch. Depressing the upper switch shifts into a higher gear while depressing the lower switch shifts into a lower one. When the driver presses clutch which is also provided on steering wheel, he presses the switch provided and can change gears

    without even taking his hands off steering wheel. This system is designed to provide a better driving experience through fast overtaking maneuvers, rapid changing of

    gears and eliminating the need of gear lever when there is space constraint. Our main focus is making a gear shifter for bikes which can be hand operated ,so that the handicap peoples who does not have foot can feel the joy of riding bikes.
