    Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of

    section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,

    Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,

    Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published

    containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th

    months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions

    of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

    The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are

    discontinued from 01/01/2009.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

    However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

    for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

    (57) Abstract :

    Enrichment of food with plant based omega-3 fatty acids poses a multidisciplinary challenge to food industry and academia.

    Moreover, consumer acceptance and lipid oxidation of omega-3 PUFA-enriched food are other major challenges that the food industry

    meet when developing omega-3-enriched foods. Therefore the present invention aims that fortification of palm oil with High Omega 3

    fatty acid rich Flaxseed oil can be a better and economic alternate. Also Studies on cardiovascular effect of these fortified Omega3

    fatty acids are also very important to elucidate their potential benefit on health of humans. The present invention research efforts are

    focused mainly on identifying the factors/pathways that mediate the protective effects of omega-3 fatty acids and elucidating the

    molecular mechanism of their action. Secondly how to utilize maximum Plant based sources of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and

    DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and produce maximum amount of Omega3 fatty acids using different methods of fortification and

    extractions. Identification of the causative compounds to reduce and eventually eliminate fishy flavor is important for consumer

    acceptance of fortified foods. Thus, optimized ratio of 3:4 of flaxseed oil and palm blended oil have more oxidative stability than

    flaxseed oil alone and have required amount of ALA. It also contain moderate amount of lignans which acts as natural antioxidant in

    oil. Blended flaxseed oil administration produces potent anti-atherogenic and an effective treatment against hypercholesterolemia

    induced by high cholesterol diet in rats, since flaxseed oil was able to ameliorate serum biochemical parameters, lipid profile, and

    endothelial function

    (57) Abstract :

    Next generation field emission devices require ultra low turn on and threshold field, ultra-high emission current density, high

    brightness, excellent stability as well as reproducible performance. To achieve these capabilities novel design consideration of nano-

    structures is highly important. In the present investigation, we prepared a novel architecture of carbon hollow cylinder comprised of

    multi-stacked Fe contained radially aligned carbon nanotubes by modified spray pyrolysis method using continuous flow of precursor

    solution. The cylinders can be synthesized in various dimensions such as length upto 18 cm, diameter from d = 5 to 20 mm with

    different amount of Fe. Field emission properties of the carbon hollow cylinders (CHCs) were measured. These engineered nano-

    structure exhibit optimum electron field emission properties at optimized concentration of precursor at x mg/ml such as ultra low turn

    on field of- 0.40 V/|im at 10 \iAJcm , very low threshold field of- 0.46 V/jim at 100 pA/cm , extremely high field emission current

    density of- 7 mA/cm at 0.80 V/|am and enormously large field enhancement factor of- 1.20 104 with highly stable current emission

    (at 100 pA) at the base pressure of 1 x 10 mbar. This enhancement observed is attributed to the geometry of the carbon hollow

    cylinder. The tunability of field emission properties of these CHCs can be easily achieved by tailoring their diameter (5 to 20 mm) and

    precursor concentration. This new approach of the cylindrical geometry based field emitter source ignites a new prospect for the next

    generation three dimensional electron source for applications in various field emission devices. 9000

    The current invention deals with the harnessing of wind energy and solar energy for effective use in refrigeration purpose. The present

    invention uses wind and solar energy to drive the compressor. The compressor is coupled to the shaft of vertical axis wind turbine and

    motor. The power generated by wind turbine is transmitted to the gearing arrangement where speed increment is incurred. The

    generated power is utilized to run reciprocating compressor. Refrigerating effect is obtained due to Vapor compression Refrigeration

    Cycle. The flow of wind is intermittent and cannot be harnessed 24 hours a day. The major disadvantages of using independent

    renewable energy resources are that unavailability of power for all time. The turbine will not rotate and the compressor gets stopped.

    The current invention eliminates this drawback by combining solar energy with wind energy (Hybrid). Energy obtained by Solar

    panels is stored in the battery and runs an electric motor directly coupled to the same compressor to which Wind turbine is coupled.

    Both the energy sources are used simultaneously as per need to run the compressor continuously. The proposed invention is best

    suitable for remote areas where electricity is scarce.

    ABSTRACT There is a major environmental problem of disposal of organic waste from industries and municipal solid waste. Today

    world produces more than 90 million tons of plastic waste per year which ends up in either landfill or oceans creating major hazard to

    lives and environment. Plastic is a 600 billion US dollar industry and thus it will be highly resistive to stop the production and use of

    plastics. The only solution is to have solution for disposal of such enormous amount of waste generated each year in most sustainable

    manner. This problem can be solved by catalytic cracking of carbon hydrogen molecules at high temperature in absence of oxygen.

    Many times, incomplete cracking due to faulty system engineering results into generation of wax in output hydrocarbon fuel. This wax

    does not fit into economic chain and affects the overall economic feasibility of waste processing system. The present invention is

    about a vapor column for Thermo-Electro-Mechanical System for recovering latent heat from carbon hydrogen molecules by catalytic

    cracking. The system engineering of the invented vapor column completely cracks the carbon hydrogen molecules resulting into wax

    free output liquid hydro-carbon fuel. The system thus fulfills its objectives of yielding complete wax free oil thereby increasing

    economics of technology and avoiding serious disposal problem of one more by product of reaction. The end products are also

    comparable to standard available fuels which increases acceptability of new fuel. The end product complies all emission standards of

    pollution control board and thus makes the solution environment friendly in a true sense.

    (57) Abstract :

    There is a major environmental problem of disposal of organic waste from industries and municipal solid waste. Today world

    produces more than 90 million tons of plastic waste per year which ends up in either landfill or oceans creating major hazard to lives

    and environment. Plastic is a 600 billion US dollar industry and thus it will be highly resistive to stop the production and use of

    plastics. The only solution is to have solution for disposal of such enormous amount of waste generated each year in most sustainable

    manner. The present invention provides solution to this problem which is technologically superior, environment friendly, safe, user-

    friendly, economical and socially acceptable. The present invention is about a Thermo-Electro-Mechanical System for recovering

    latent heat from carbon hydrogen molecules by catalytic cracking. The carbon hydrogen molecules can be from industrial or municipal

    waste which cannot be treated sustainably otherwise by any other methodology. The system can be installed centrally or de-centrally

    as per sizing and requirement. The latent heat recovered from the waste hydrogen carbon molecules of waste plastics can be converted

    in suitable energy form which is liquid fuel, gaseous fuel, steam by either gaseous or liquid fuel or electricity by gaseous or liquid fuel.

    The catalytic cracking of theses hydrogen carbon molecules mainly gives three end products which are liquid fuel, gaseous fuel and

    carbon black. The ratios of these three end products can be changed by tweaking catalytic cracking reaction to have desired ratios to

    have required quantity of suitable fuel. The system consumes part of gaseous fuel produced by itself and an electrical energy to

    provide energy for its operation. The system thus fulfills its objectives of to be technologically superior, environment friendly, safe,

    economical and socially acceptable to solve problem of disposal of end of life plastic or waste plastic. The end products are also

    comparable to standard available fuels which increases acceptability of new fuel. The end product complies all emission standards of

    pollution control board and thus makes the solution environment friendly in a true sense.

    manner. The said problem can be resolved by catalytic cracking of carbon hydrogen molecules in such a waste at high temperature in

    absence of oxygen. The present invention is about a reactor for Thermo-Electro-Mechanical System for recovering latent heat from

    carbon hydrogen molecules by catalytic cracking. The carbon hydrogen molecules can be from industrial or municipal waste which

    cannot be treated sustainably otherwise by any other methodology. Pretreated material in plastic state is fed into the reactor along with

    proprietary catalyst in calculated quantity with proprietary reaction parameters set according to material mix. This raw material is

    processed in reactor along with catalyst at high temperature in absence of oxygen. The material is converted into hydrocarbon gas and

    carbon black. High temperature is achieved by uniform indirect heating reactor vessel by hot air. Hydrocarbon gas is fed to vapor

    column which condenses high molecular weight hydrocarbon gas and again fed back to reactor. The invented reactor further cracks

    the high molecular weight hydrocarbon vapors to lower molecular weight hydrocarbon vapors. This ensures complete cracking of

    hydrocarbon molecules to obtain wax free end product. Adequate material residence time is achieved by moving material forward and

    backward in reactor by screw mechanism. This also prevents clogging of carbon black in reactor vessel. Very low pressure, safety

    valves, material of construction, internal component design makes overall system engineering of invented reactor technologically

    superior, robust, user friendly and safe.

    Sensor enabled dynamically controllable walker system enables a user to get support for walking and generate alarm when system

    becomes unbalance or tends to reach unbalancing state while walking. This three wheel, light weighted, foldable, height and width

    adjustable walker system having anti-brake (squeeze and go) system, comfortable sitting capability and sensor enabled alarming for

    falls prevention and obstacle detection. Base supporting rods are in arc shape which provides greater area of Base of Support (BOS)

    having pivot protecting angles (outriggers) with length adjustable facility. Anti-brake system work when the person or patient is in

    conscious state and the brake are in pressed condition, if he loses control over it, the walker will stopped at the same and will not

    move forward until the brake are pressed again. Multiple sensors are attached with the walker system which detect the user™s

    position in the dynamic state of walking i.e. he should be in BOS area otherwise an alarm will raise and remind him to control himself

    and come to BOS area while walking. Similarly when the walker system gets unbalance due to any obstacle, stone etc. again an alarm

    will be generated and it will indicate the user to control himself and walk slowly and carefully.
