PROMOTION RULES

TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS

June 25 to August 1, 2018

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS (hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”):

Promotion held per the Sales promotion games By-law (CQLR, c. S – 13.1, r. 4).

1.2. SCQ:

The Société des loteries du Québec, on behalf of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. (Casino de Montréal, Casino du Lac-Leamy, Casino de Charlevoix and Casino de Mont- Tremblant) and lotoquebec.com, responsible for organizing the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. At the Casino de Montréal, Casino du Lac-Leamy, Casino de Charlevoix and Casino de Mont- Tremblant: Only persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and Casino Privilèges members may participate in the Promotion. Employees of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. (SCQ) and persons registered in a Québec casino or gaming establishment self-exclusion program may not participate in the Promotion.

2.2. At lotoquebec.com: Only persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate in the Promotion, provided they have an Espacejeux account on lotoquebec.com and have validated their identity according to the terms indicated in the My Espacejeux section, are residents of Québec and not registered in a Loto-Québec online gaming site, Québec casino or gaming establishment self-exclusion program.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

3.1. At the Casino de Montréal and Casino du Lac-Leamy: Persons eligible for the Promotion may participate free of charge by registering for a qualification mini-tournament session, according to the dates and times indicated in Appendix 1.

3.2. At lotoquebec.com: Eligible persons must first register by entering the promo code associated with this promotion1 where indicated in their Espacejeux account during the Promotion period. Each eligible person may register only once (1) per promo code during the entire Promotion period.

3.2.1. Once duly registered, persons eligible for the Promotion will automatically receive one (1) entry for the matching weekly draw indicated in Appendix 1 and as described in Section 7 of the rules herein, provided they place a bet using real money to play the slot machine game of their choice on lotoquebec.com during the Promotion period.

3.2.2. Any part of a bet placed with free bets will not be counted for earning entries. 3.2.3. Only one (1) entry will be allowed per eligible person per Promotion day. 3.2.4. Several Promotion entries may be earned during the Promotion period.

4. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

4.1. Casino de Montréal: June 26 and 27, as well as July 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 and 18, 2018, according to the schedule indicated in Appendix 1.

4.2. Casino du Lac-Leamy: June 26 and 27, as well as July 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 and 18, 2018, according to the schedule indicated in Appendix 1.

4.3. Casino de Charlevoix: July 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2018, according to the schedule indicated in Appendix 1.

4.4. Casino de Mont-Tremblant: June 30, as well as July 7, 14 and 21, 2018, according to the schedule indicated in Appendix 1.

4.5. lotoquebec.com: June 25 to July 22, 2018, according to the schedule indicated in Appendix 1

5. DETAILS OF CASINO QUALIFICATION MINI TOURNAMENTS

5.1. Each daily qualification mini tournament includes:

5.1.1. At the Casino de Montréal and Casino du Lac-Leamy: Fifteen (15) session with thirty (30) participants, for a maximum of four hundred and fifty (450) participants per day. Each qualification mini-tournament session will last two (2) minutes.

5.1.2. At the Casino de Charlevoix: Fifteen (15) sessions with sixteen (16) participants, for a maximum of two hundred and forty (240) participants per day. Each qualification mini-tournament session will last two (2) minutes.

5.1.3. At the Casino de Mont-Tremblant: Fifteen (15) sessions with nine (9) participants, for a maximum of one hundred and thirty-five (135) participants per day. Each qualification mini-tournament session will last two (2) minutes.

5.2. The employee responsible for qualification mini-tournament sessions will trigger the system to generate a random seating assignment before each qualification mini-tournament session begins.

5.3. Each qualification mini-tournament session will be played in “point” mode (no monetary value) with an equal number of ten thousand (10,000) points allotted to each participant at the start.

5.4. Only one (1) participant will be authorized to play at each slot machine per session.

5.5. Participants who are already registered for a given qualification mini-tournament session and present on site may designate another person who is not participating in that qualification mini- tournament session to represent them by filling out the appropriate form before the session starts.

5.6. In the event that a participant is not present at the time their qualification mini-tournament starts, their participation will be cancelled and they will be attributed ten thousand (10,000) points, i.e. the number of points allotted at the start. The participant will not be allowed to register for another qualification mini-tournament session on the same day.

5.7. In the event of a tie having an effect on ranking that would result in entitlement to a prize, an extra session lasting two (2) minutes will be played by the participants who tied for the highest score in the previous session. The participant who scores highest during the tie- breaking session will be awarded the prize.

5.8. All slot machines perform in an identical manner and have been set for a game time of two (2) minutes per session.

5.9. In the event of a slot machine malfunction, the affected participant may replay the session from the start with the number of credits or points allocated at the start of the session. The participant who scores highest during the session during which a malfunction occurs must wait for the affected participant to replay their session before the prize is awarded.

5.10. Limit of one (1) qualification mini-tournament registration per person, per day, per casino.

5.11. Limit of one (1) seat for each final tournament at the Casino de Montréal, Casino du Lac-Leamy Casino de Charlevoix and Casino de Mont-Tremblant, and each of the two final lotoquebec.com final tournaments per person and per casino, for the entire Promotion period.

5.12. In the event that a participant is not present for a qualification mini tournament session, he or she may, at the Casino’s discretion, play in a later tournament session taking place before the end of the period for qualification mini tournaments.

5.13. In the event that only one person is present for a scheduled qualification mini tournament session or a later tournament session, the participant will be automatically declared a finalist for the final tournament at the Casino where that tournament was to be held.

5.14. Any conflict arising during the tournament will be submitted as appropriate to the Tournament Committee, which is the sole body authorized to settle the issue. All decisions are final and may not be appealed.

6. PRIZES AWARDED DURING CASINO QUALIFICATION MINI-TOURNAMENT SESSIONS

6.1. At the Casino de Montréal, Casino du Lac-Leamy, Casino de Charlevoix and Casino de Mont- Tremblant: At the end of each session, eligible participants who scored highest will win a seat for the Casino grand finale taking place on the dates indicated in Appendix 2.

In the event that a participant wins a second seat for the Casino grand finale at the casino where they have participated in a qualification mini tournament, or is unable to participate in the Casino grand finale or cannot be represented, they will then be awarded one hundred dollars ($100) paid as Privilèges Points. The grand finale tournament seat will be awarded to the next highest scoring participant who has not already won such a seat.

7. DRAW TO AWARD PASSES ON LOTOQUEBEC.COM

7.1. The Promotion’s random electronic draw among all entries duly registered in compliance with the rules herein will be conducted on the dates indicated in Appendix 1 at the SCQ’s head office in Montréal using Loto-Québec’s computer system in order to determine thirty (30) Promotion winners, i.e. fifteen (15) per promo code.

7.2. The draw will be conducted and supervised by authorized SCQ representatives.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT:

7.3. In the event that the entries drawn are deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, each winner will be awarded one (1) seat for one of two lotoquebec.com grand finales, which will be held at the Casino de Montréal and Casino du Lac-Leamy on the dates indicated in Appendix 2.

IN THE EVENT THAT AN ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT:

7.4. In the event that the entry drawn is deemed invalid or non-compliant, or the individual has not complied with all the rules herein, that entry will be cancelled and another entry drawn at random. Such draws will be conducted until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 7.3 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. Regardless of the above, in the event that a valid and compliant entry is not selected by July 26, 2018, no other entry will be drawn and the matching prize will not be awarded.

8. REMITTANCE OF LOTOQUEBEC.COM DRAW PRIZES

8.1. An SCQ staff member will e-mail the winners designated in accordance with Section 7 of the rules herein to confirm the win and provide the terms for claiming the prize. Each winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to confirm acceptance of the prize awarded.

8.2. In the event that seats for the lotoquebec.com grand finale at the Casino de Montréal and/or Casino du Lac-Leamy remain available after the forty-eight (48) hour deadline, a special draw will be conducted on July 25, 2018, in accordance with the terms indicated in Section 7 herein in order to determine eligible participants for the relevant grand finale.

8.3. In such a case, a special e-mail will be sent to participants in the Promotion associated with the lotoquebec.com finale at the Casino de Montréal and/or Casino du Lac-Leamy who duly registered during Promotion Weeks 1 to 4 in order to fill remaining seats for the July 28, 2018, tournament at the Casino de Montréal, and/or the July 29, 2018, tournament at the Casino du Lac-Leamy. Persons thus selected will have twenty-four (24) hours to confirm their entry in the special draw.

8.4. The special July 25, 2018, draw will be conducted among all persons who responded to the special July 23, 2018, e-mail by the stated deadline. In the event that seats still remain available for the lotoquebec.com grand finale at the Casino de Montréal and/or Casino du Lac-Leamy, additional draws will be conducted on July 26 and 27, 2018, in accordance with the terms indicated in Section 7 herein in order to determine eligible participants for the lotoquebec.com finale at the Casino de Montréal and Casino du Lac-Leamy.

8.5. Should acceptance not be confirmed by the deadline indicated in this section, as appropriate, the selected person will not be entitled to the prize or any compensation of any kind whatsoever.

8.6. The SCQ may require the winner to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prize. Once the winner’s identity is validated and confirmed and compliance with the rules herein is ascertained, the prize described in Section 7 herein will be awarded to the winner in accordance with the terms determined by the SCQ.

9. FINAL TOURNAMENTS

9.1. Final tournaments will be held:

9.1.1. At the Casino de Montréal: Sunday, July 29, 2018 9.1.2. At the Casino du Lac-Leamy: Wednesday, August 1, 2018 9.1.3. At the Casino de Charlevoix: Sunday, July 29, 2018 9.1.4. 9.2. Participants in Casino final tournaments must be present at the date and time indicated on the participation documents they received at the time they won the qualification tournament, failing which their participation will be cancelled and no compensation whatsoever will be awarded.

9.3. Details of final tournaments at the Casino de Montréal and Casino du Lac-Leamy

9.3.1. Each final tournament will include three (3) rounds, i.e. one (1) quarter-final round, one (1) semi-final round and one (1) final round. The quarter-final round will start at 7 p.m., and each of the one hundred and twenty (120) participants per casino will play two (2) games. Cumulative scores of the two (2) games will determine each participant’s ranking, and the sixty (60) highest-ranking participants will play in the semi-final round.

9.3.2. The semi-final round will start at 9:15 p.m. and the sixty (60) participants will play one game. The results of that game will determine participants’ rankings. The thirty (30) highest-ranking participants will play the final round.

9.3.3. The final round will start at 10 p.m., and the thirty (30) participants will play one (1) game. The results of that game will determine participants’ rankings. Prizes will be remitted according to ranking.

9.4. Details of the final tournament at the Casino de Charlevoix

9.4.1. The final tournament will include three (3) rounds, i.e. one (1) quarter-final round, one (1) semi-final round and one (1) final round. The quarter-final round will start at 2 p.m., and each of the sixty (60) participants per casino will play two (2) games. Cumulative scores of the two (2) games will determine each participant’s ranking, and the thirty (30) highest-ranking participants will play in the semi-final round.

9.4.2. The semi-final round will start at 4:30 p.m. and the thirty (30) participants will play one game. The results of that game will determine participants’ rankings. The fifteen (15) highest-ranking participants will play the final round.

9.4.3. The final round will start at 5:30 p.m. and the fifteen (15) participants will play one game. The results of that game will determine participants’ rankings. Prizes will be remitted according to ranking.

9.5. Details of the final tournament at the Casino de Mont-Tremblant

9.5.1. The final tournament will include three (3) rounds, i.e. one (1) quarter-final round, one (1) semi-final round and one (1) final round. The quarter-final round will start at 2:30 p.m., and each of the sixty (60) participants per casino will play two (2) games. Cumulative scores of the two (2) games will determine each participant’s ranking, and the twenty-four (24) highest-ranking participants will play in the semi-final round.

9.5.2. The semi-final round will start at 5:10 p.m. and the twenty-four (24) participants will play one game. The results of that game will determine participants’ rankings. The eight (8) highest-ranking participants will play the final round.

9.5.3. The final round will start at 6 p.m., and the eight (8) participants will play one (1) game. The results of that game will determine participants’ rankings. Prizes will be remitted according to ranking.

9.6. Details of lotoquebec.com final tournaments

9.6.1. Each final lotoquebec.com tournament will include three (3) rounds, i.e. one (1) quarter-final round, one (1) semi-final round and one (1) final round. The quarter-final round will start at 2 p.m., and each of the sixty (60) participants per casino will play two (2) games. Cumulative scores of the two (2) games will determine each participant’s ranking, and the thirty (30) highest-ranking participants will play in the semi-final round.

9.6.2. The semi-final round will start at 3:45 p.m. and the thirty (30) participants per casino will play one (1) game. The results of that game will determine participants’ rankings. The fifteen (15) highest-ranking participants will play the final round.

9.6.3. The final round will start at 4:15 p.m. and the fifteen (15) participants per casino will play one game. The results of that game will determine participants’ rankings. Prizes will be awarded according to ranking at each casino where the final tournaments took place.

9.7. The employee responsible for the final tournament will trigger the system to generate a random seating assignment for each final tournament before each game begins.

9.8. Only one (1) participant will be authorized to play at each slot machine per game.

9.9. Each final tournament game will be played in “point” mode (no monetary value) with an equal number of ten thousand (10,000) points allotted to each participant.

9.10. The allotment of points will be reset to ten thousand (10,000) after each round. Only scores obtained during the two (2) games played in the quarter-final round will be counted.

9.11. All slot machines perform in an identical manner and have been set for a game time of two (2) minutes per game.

9.12. Participants who win a seat for the final tournament may designate another person who is not participating in that tournament to represent them by filling out the appropriate form at least one (1) hour before the final tournament starts at the casino.

9.13. In the event that a participant is not present at the time specified for the final tournament round, their participation in the current game will be cancelled. That participant’s score will therefore be ten thousand (10,000) points for that game, i.e. the number of points allocated at the start. No compensation of any kind whatsoever will be paid.

9.14. In the event of a tie having an effect on ranking that would result in entitlement to participate in the next round, an extra game lasting two (2) minutes will be played by the participants in the tie, according to the terms indicated herein, in order to determine their respective ranking. In the event that participants in that game again score the same number of points at the end of the extra game, a random draw will be conducted to determine their respective ranking.

9.15. In the event of a tie having an effect on entitlement to the “Trip to Las Vegas” prize at the end of the final tournament, an extra game lasting two (2) minutes will be played by the participants in the tie, according to the terms indicated herein, in order to determine their respective ranking. In the event that participants in that game again score the same number of points at the end of the extra game, a random draw will be conducted to determine their respective ranking.

9.16. In the event of a tie having an effect on entitlement to a cash prize, the following distribution will apply: prize amounts for the relevant rankings will be added and divided equally among involved participants, as identical scores may apply to more than one position in the final ranking. However, in the event of a tie regarding the score for the last ranking entitling the participant to a prize, a draw will be conducted to determine the official winner of that ranking.

9.17. Each participant may win only one “Trip to Las Vegas” prize among all eligible participants in all casinos and lotoquebec.com for the entire Promotion period.

10. DESCRIPTION OF FINAL TOURNAMENT PRIZES

10.1. Final tournament prizes are described in Appendices 2 and 3 of the rules herein. The “Trip to Las Vegas” grand prize is described in Appendix 4.

10.2. Winners of the “Trip to Las Vegas” must confirm acceptance of the prize at the time of the win. In the event that a final tournament participant refuses the “Trip to Las Vegas” prize they are entitled to, or if they have already won the same prize during another Promotion final tournament, the prize will be offered to the highest ranking participant who won a cash prize, provided they exchange their cash prize for the “Trip to Las Vegas,” and so on until the prize is awarded.

10.3. In the event that a participant who has confirmed acceptance of the “Trip to Las Vegas” prize is unable to participate or be represented at the TournEvent of Champions® for any reason whatsoever, the participant must forfeit the prize and will not be entitled to any other compensation. The prize will be offered to the next highest-ranking participant in the final tournament in which the original winner participated. Provided they have complied with all the rules herein, the person thus designated must confirm acceptance of the prize in accordance with the terms determined by the SCQ, failing which, the prize will be offered to the next highest-ranking participant, and so forth until the prize is awarded.

In the event that no participant confirms their participation by September 28, 2018, no other coupon will be drawn, and the corresponding prize will not be awarded.

11. PHOTOGRAPH, NAME AND ADDRESS

The name, address, photograph and video of each winner, and any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries not only for the draws described in the rules herein, but also for advertising purposes, particularly on the Internet (including in social media), the Promotion page as well as the Winners’ page on lotoquebec.com. Winners must waive all rights to compensation related to broadcasting, printed material and advertising.

12. OTHER RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PROMOTION SEGMENTS

12.1. Prizes must be accepted “as is.” The SCQ reserves the right to replace one or more prizes with others of the same value. Prizes may not be transferred, exchanged or converted to cash.

12.2. The Promotion may be amended without notice. The SCQ declines all responsibility towards any person should the Promotion be delayed or cancelled for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure.

12.3. The SCQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. The SCQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Promotion be thus amended.

12.4. The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of any incident that may prevent a person from participating in the Promotion, meeting participation deadlines, complying with the rules herein or claiming a prize.

12.5. Expenses and costs not specifically indicated in the rules herein as being part of the prize are excluded, particularly meals and beverages not specifically indicated as being part of the prize, gratuities as well as personal or other incidental expenses.

12.6. Winners of the “Trip to Las Vegas” prize must present a valid credit card to guarantee

payment of certain charges not included in the prize. A pre-authorized amount of six

hundred American dollars (US$600) (one hundred and fifty ($150) per night as security in

case of incidents) on a credit card, or a cash deposit of one thousand two hundred American

dollars (US$1,200) will be required by the hotel.

12.7. In the event that a participant violates the rules herein, makes a false statement, attempts to cheat, commits fraud, acts in collusion or conspires with a third party, their participation will be automatically cancelled, and they will be ineligible for any other event related to the Promotion.

12.8. The SCQ declines all responsibility should any incident or occurrence prevent a winner from benefiting from a prize. In that event, the winner will forfeit any prize they may have been otherwise entitled to and no compensation of any kind whatsoever will be paid.

12.9. Winners of the “Trip to Las Vegas” prize must be available from October 8 to 12, 2018, in order to participate in the Las Vegas tournament.

12.10. Winners of the “Trip to Las Vegas” prize who are under twenty-one (21) years of age on the date of the TournEvent of Champions® tournament must sign a proxy in order to designate a representative. Such participants will have ten (10) days to inform the Casino of the name of their representative.

12.11. The winner’s representative must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the date of the TournEvent of Champions® and comply with all the rules herein, all TournEvent of Champions® eligibility conditions as well as requirements for travel to the U.S.

12.12. The winner will be entirely responsible for paying all required taxes on prizes won during the TournEvent of Champions®, to the entire exoneration of the SCQ.

12.13. The winner will not be authorized to wear any other gaming logo at any time during the event and agrees to not represent any other trademark that could come into conflict with Loto-Québec’s brand image.

12.14. Winners and their guest will be expected to comply with all U.S. requirements at the time they travel to Las Vegas, including holding a valid passport and complying with entry requirements to the United States. The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event that the winner or their guest do not arrive on time at the airport, do not have the necessary documents to board or are refused access to the plane, or for any flight delays or cancellation or tournament cancellation.

12.15. Winners of a “Trip to Las Vegas” prize are required to comply with all TournEvent of Champions® rules.

12.16. Winners who are barred from entering a Québec casino or registered in Loto-Québec’s online gaming site, or Québec casino or gaming establishment self-exclusion program at the time of prize claim will not be entitled to a prize.

13. DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (CQLR, c. S–13.1, r. 4).

14. AVAILABILITY OF RULES

The Promotion is subject to the detailed rules herein and TournEvent of Champions® rules, which are available at Casino de Montréal, Casino de Charlevoix, Casino du Lac-Leamy and Casino de Mont-Tremblant customer service counters.

Description of the “Trip to Las Vegas” to attend the TournEvent of Champions®

The trip for two (2) persons (the winner and a guest) includes:*

• Return airfare for two (2) persons in economy class from Montréal to Las Vegas (departure on October 8, 2018, return on October 12, 2018), worth a maximum of eight hundred American dollars (U$800)

• Accommodations, double occupancy, at the Wynn Hotel in a deluxe room (four (4) nights from October 8, to 12, 2018)

• A five hundred American dollar (US$500) credit to purchase food and beverages at the Wynn Hotel

• Participation in the TournEvent of Champions® and a chance to win up to one million American dollars (US$1 million), and a pass for the winner’s guest to see the tournament

• One official Everi TournEvent of Champions® T-shirt in Las Vegas

*The prize must be accepted in its entirety. The winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to take part in the TournEvent of Champions® in Las Vegas.
