1. RESEARCH INTERESTS My research interests encompass the future of community pharmacy and the delivery of professional

cognitive pharmaceutical services from community pharmacy, current and emergent national and

international health services. Specific research programs evaluate the pharmaco-epidemiological, clinical,

pharmaco-economic, standards for delivery, and implementation aspects of services.

These include the provision of:

Six months were spent at Reckitt and Colman Pharmaceutical Division, Hull, England,

working in the Marketing and Clinical departments, undertaking research into:

(a) New product development for non-prescription medications,

(b) Education and training on non-prescriptions medications, and

(c) Review of CRM and CSM regulatory requirements for OTC medication.

Six months were spent at the University of Mississippi participating in three research
