TermsOur terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts with invoices 30 days past due will receive no further shipments until the account is current or alternative payment arrange-ments have been made. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on any overdue account balances.

Prices and FeesPrices based on F.O.B. Brockville, ON. Prices and styles are subject to change without notice. A $25.00 fee will be charged for each NSF cheque.

ShippingAll shipments will be sent by Propét Canada Inc.`s carrier of choice unless instructions are received to ship by a specific carrier. Custom-ers are responsible for their own shipping costs.

Minimum OrdersThe minimum order is 6 pairs. Orders less than 6 pairs are subject to a $5.00 service charge per order.

Return Authorizations (RA`s)• All requests for RA’s may be made by email, fax, or telephone.• All returned goods must be accompanied with an RA number.• Returns of discontinued or closeout/clearance goods will not be accepted.• Worn shoes that do not have a manufacturing defect as determined by Propét Canada Inc. will not be accepted.• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the retailer. Please contact us for the routing procedure.• Any return not accompanied by an RA number will be refused and returned to the customer at their own expense.• The RA number must appear on the outside of each box or package.• All returns considered not defective and/or returns to stock are subject to a $3.00 per pair Restocking Fee

Shortage ClaimsClaims for loss, shortages, or damage must be reported to Propét Canada Inc. within ten (10) days of receipt to be accepted.

Refused ShipmentsRefused shipments will be charged a $6.00 per pair restocking fee.

ConditionsNos conditions sont « Net dans 30 jours » à compter de la date de la facture.
