Renato Pacheco e Silva Bacellar Neto is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto SandenTeisseire Law Firm and has specialized in advising cross-border transactions for foreignclients from many different countries in the last 25 years. Serving for many years on theBoard of many bilateral and multilateral institutions: President of Eurocâmaras-CAE andEBO Worldwide in Brussels (2015-2019), Legal Director of Swedcham (2005-2019),FinnCham and Danish Trade Council, he is the Latin America Board Member of Alliuris, anInternational Association of more than 500 Business Lawyers across 25 countries in Europe,Asia and the Americas as well as Vice-President of Global Yingke Alliance from China withmore than 7,000 lawyers worldwide. In addition to his honorary positions, Renato wasappointed in 2012 by His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf, Swedish Consul General. Renato isfluent in Germanic, Latin and Nordic languages, besides English and reasonable knowledgeof both Mandarin and Russian. A graduate from the USP Law School, he further took post-graduate degrees in Business Administration, from FGV (EAESP) and from many countries,including Finland (GMP), France (D.E.A.), Germany (LL.M.), Netherlands (ITC), Sweden(EMP) and USA (LLF). Before founding the law firm, he lectured International Law forgraduate programs at UNAERP, UNIRP and USP in the SP State cities of Ribeirão Preto and SJRio Preto.

Specialized in advising foreign investors especially for leadingGerman-speaking groups over the last 25 years, his practice includes from structuringstartups to M&A operations. He has worked, amongst others, at Price Waterhouse andMattos Filho Law Firm. He is director of the German-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce andIndustry, São Paulo and of the Brazilian-German Lawyers Association – DBJV and was thePresident of the German-Brazilian Junior Chamber of Commerce and Industry, São Paulo.

Jean François Teisseire is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm.He is French and completed his legal education in Paris, France at University of Paris II –Assas and is admitted to practice in France, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. JeanFrançois Teisseire advises clients in cross-border settings between Brazil and France for wellover 30 years and, thus, is recognized as a trusted benchmark in his area and in the French-Brazilian community. His consulting focus lies in particular on Social Law, BusinessCompetition Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, Intervention andArbitration, respectively. Juliana G. Meyer Gottardi is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firmand has more than 15 years of experience in structuring and implementing corporateagreements, real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions advisory. She hasworked in well-regarded law firms as well as in legal departments of private sectorcompanies and Governmental agencies. She is also a member of the Study Group of FamilyOwned Companies (GEEF) at Fundação Getúlio Vargas University(http://direitogv.fgv.br/grupos/grupo-estudos-empresas-familiares) and a full member ofthe Real Estate and Urbanism Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association in São Paulo andChapter Leader member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). She isthe co-author of 2 books (i) “Relevant Aspects of a Family Owned Business” published byFundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in 2013; (ii) "Family Businesses: an Interdisciplinary View"published by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in 2015. She is an active speaker in differentconferences and events related to Brazilian Corporate Law. She holds a Bachelor's Degree inLaw from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (1999), and a Master's Degree inCorporate and Economic Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas University (2002) and is also aspecialist in International Contracts by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo(2005), as well as Real Estate Transactions by Fundação Getúlio Vargas University (2010).Juliana is volunteer as legal advisor for Beija-Flor Cultural Project, a social non-profitorganization. Daniel Miotto is a Partner and Head of the Tax group at PNST. He is graduated from theUSJT - Law School (Universidade São Judas Tadeu) and obtained a specialist degree in TaxProcedural Law from PUC/SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo). With morethan 10 years of professional experience, before joining Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire LawFirm, he worked as a tax lawyer for prestigious law firms and companies in Brazil (Fraga,Bekierman & Pacheco Neto Law Firm, Itautec S.A., Gaia, Silva, Gaede Associados). He isspecialized in handling any aspects of corporate and sales taxes, including international tax.Where necessary, he also handles taxes disputes before the judicial and administrative taxcourts. Daniel advises a large variety of industries and companies, including serviceproviders, with a particular focus of development of the best business structure. He is amember of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT). He is native in Portuguese and hasknowledge of English and Spanish.
