The UNIVER ML124A, ML124A/OS, ML124M and ML124M/OS horizontal
end-millers are particularly suitable for milling sets of profiles
(both aluminium and pvc)in which the cutter unit needs to be
changed several times in the same set. In fact,all the UNIVER ML124
end-millers have quick-release cutter holders and a 6-posi-tion
star-shaped stops. The machines differ by their feed systems:
manual for the M models and hydrop-neumatic for the A models. The
ML 124A/OS and ML124M/OS models are equipped with "OS" (off-square)
devices, for making off-square cuts up to a maximum of 45° to the
right or left.

Die Horizontal-Ausklinkfräsen UNIVER ML 124 A - ML 124A/OS - ML
124M - ML124 M/OS eignen sich insbesondere für Fräsarbeiten an
Aluminium- bzw. PVC-Profilserien, für die ein mehrmaliger Austausch
des Fräsaggregats pro Serie erfor-derlich ist. Sämtliche Modelle
UNIVER ML 124 sind hierzu mit einer Schnellein-spannung für die
Fräspinole und einem auf 6 Positionen einstellbaren Sternan-schlag
ausgerüstet. Aufgrund des unterschiedlichen Vorschubs werden die
Maschi-nen in folgende 2 Kategorien eingeteilt: manueller Vorschub
bei den Modellen (M),hydropneumatischer Vorschub bei den Modellen
(A). Die Ausklinkfräsen ML124A/OS - ML 124M/OS sind mit der
"OS"-Vorrichtung ausgerüstet, die die Ausfüh-rung von Fräsarbeiten
bis maximal 45° nach rechts und links über dem üblichenWinkelmaß
ermöglichen.

Les fraiseuses à épaulement horizontales UNIVER ML124A -
ML124A/OS -ML124M -ML124M/OS sont particulièrement adaptées à
l'usinage de tous les pro-fils (en aluminium ou en PVC) nécessitant
le remplacement du groupe fraises plu-sieurs fois pendant la même
série. En effet, ces fraiseuses à épaulement UNIVERML124 sont
dotées d'un démontage rapide du cône porte-fraises et d'une butée
àétoile à 6 positions. Les machines se différencient par le type
d'avancement: ma-nuel pour les modèles (M), hydropneumatique pour
les modèles (A). Les fraiseu-ses à épaulement ML 124A/OS - ML
124M/OS sont dotées du dispositif "OS" quipermet d'effectuer des
fraisages équerre réglable jusqu'à un maximum de 45° àdroite et à
gauche.

Le intestatrici orizzontali ML124A-124A/OS-124M- 124M/OS sono
particolarmenteidonee per intestare tutte quelle serie di profilati
(sia in alluminio o in P.V.C.) in cuiesiste la necessità di
sostituire più volte, nella stessa serie, il gruppo frese.
Infattitutte le intestatrici UNIVER ML124 sono corredate di sgancio
rapido del canotto por-ta frese e di una battuta stellare a sei
posizioni. Si differenziano fra loro per il tipo diavanzamento:
manuale per i modelli (M), oleopneumatico per i modelli (A). Le
inte-statrici ML124A/OS e ML124 M/OS sono corredate del dispositivo
“OS” che permet-te di eseguire fresature fuori squadra fino ad un
massimo di 45° sia a destra che asinistra.
