Dear Residents and Members of the 8th District,
Greengs!
I am glad that I responded to your calls in 2007 for me to run for a seat as your Representave in theHouse of Assembly of The Virgin Islands. I thank you for your vote of condence in me, and for giving
me the responsibility and opportunity to represent you. I have taken this very seriously and whatever
have done and wherever I have been, it has always been with you and your interests rmly in my mind
and deep in my heart.
The past four years have been unusually dicult because of the downturn in the economy all over the
world which began in 2008. Our economy has been aected by this, and there has been less money
available to the Government. In spite of this several millions of dollars have been spent in the 8th District
touching all of the areas promised in my 2007 Manifesto. Many projects are sll in progress. In addion
many other things have been done.
I invite you to review what I have done in the last four years and how I plan with your input to build on
that beginning over the next four years if you re-elect me! Please also listen to what I say on television
radio and in the newspapers about my vision for securing a beer, brighter future for the 8th District and
the enre Virgin Islands.
Sincerely,
Dancia Penn
