An extremely comprehensive, highly visual teaching tool for learning

about food in French. English is used sparingly. A labor of love, this presentation goes far beyond most textbooks, by including not only major food groups and food items, but their variations as well. Example: Whole milk, low-fat milk, skim milk, etc. Most kitchen utensils included, as well as regions famous for certain foods (including maps). A few famous recipes (croque-monsieur, etc). Also included are portion sizes (handful, sprinkle, clove, pitcher, morsel, mouthful, slice, piece).
