La VM1

Le contrôleur de domaine

Il est sur l’hôte (PC sous Windows 2008 R2) Il faut simplement activer le CD et le DNS (et conserver les liaisons WiFi). Cette approche permet

d’optimiser les performances de la VM et de l’hôte.

1 Je prépare une nouvelle VM sur HYPERV3 (avantage important je l’ai positionnée sur Windows 8).

Pour installer SharePoint 2013 nous avons besoins d’une série de compte de services qui serviront à faire tourner

notre ferme comme une horloge. Tout comme pour SharePoint 2010, nous allons nous baser sur le concept des

« Least Privileges Account » en ne créant que les comptes nécessaires et en leur attribuant les droits dont ils ont

besoins.

Pour créer les comptes dans notre Active Directory, cliquez sur le lien « Tools » et ensuite sur « Active Directory

Users and Computers »

Votre AD s’ouvre à présent et vous retrouvez votre domaine (dans mon cas il s’agit de demomachine.com) dans

la fenêtre de droite. Cliquez sur la petite flèche pour étendre l’arborescence. A cet endroit vous trouverez le

répertoire contenant les utilisateurs créer par Windows 2012.

Alors, rien ne vous empêche de créer les nouveaux utilisateurs à cet endroit mais pas soucis de visibilité je

préfère créer une nouvelle OU (Organizational Unit) afin d’y stocker mes utilisateurs indépendamment de ceux

créer par le système. Pour ce faire, rien de tel qu’un click droit sur votre domaine, ensuite cliquez sur « New » et

finalement sur « Organizational Unit ».

Donner lui un petit nom et laisser la case « Protect container from accidental deletion » cochée

Vous retrouverez ce répertoire dans votre arborescence sous le répertoire « Users »






Il ne nous reste plus qu’à créer nos comptes de services. Dans un premier temps nous n’allons en créer « que »

4. Il s’agit des comptes indispensable pour le bon fonctionnement de notre ferme SharePoint mais dans le futur

nous aurons besoin d’en créer d’autres en fonction des fonctionnalités que nous activerons…

Les 4 comptes sont les suivants:

sql_svc : il s’agit du compte qui fera tourner la base de données SQL

sp_admin : il s’agit du compte qui servira à installer SharePoint et SQL Serveur ainsi qu’à gérer notre

Windows

sp_farm : il s’agit du compte qui servira à gérer et configurer la ferme SharePoint

sp_apppool : il s’agit du compte qui servira à créer nos différentes web application (nous en aurons

besoins lors de la création de notre première collection de site)

Pour créer ces comptes, faite un click droit sur notre OU, ensuite clicker sur « New » et finalement sur « User »

Pour ces comptes là, la manière dont vous compléter les champs n’a pas énormément d’importance l’essentiel

étant le « logon name »





Définissez ensuite un mot de passe pour vos comptes et puisqu’il s’agit d’une machine de démo/dev,

cochez/décochez les cases concernant la gestion du mot de passe comme dans l’écran suivant :

Répéter l’opération pour les 3 comptes suivants afin d’obtenir l’écran ci-dessous :

Il nous reste maintenant à nous occuper des permissions de ces comptes. SharePoint étant relativement bien

conçu, le seul compte dont nous devons nous occuper manuellement est le compte sp_admin. Les autres

comptes seront pris en charge par SharePoint de manière automatique.






Le compte sp_admin est en fait le compte qui va installé SQL Serveur et SharePoint, il a donc besoin des droits

d’administrateur ainsi que de certains droits pour créer les différentes base de données. A ce stade ci nous allons

nous occuper uniquement des droits d’administrateur vu que notre SQL Server n’est pas encore installé…

Pour cela, cliquez sur le répertoire nommé « Builtin » dans votre AD et double cliquer sur le groupe «

Administrators »

Cliquez à présent sur l’onglet « Members » et ensuite sur le bouton « Add… »

Entrer le nom sp_admin dans la fenêtre, cliquez sur le bouton « Check names » et ensuite sur le bouton « OK »





Vous verrez apparaître votre utilisateurs sp_admin dans la liste des membres du groupe « Administrators »

Vous pouvez à présent valider/fermer toutes les fenêtre car nous sommes prêts à installé SQL Serveur 2012

Là vous savez tout, ou presque... La différence entre une Ferme et l'installation Standalone c'est évidement l'absence de Passphrase (car on ne peut pas installer d'autres serveurs). Le site SharePoint 2013 en ligne du club UGSF :
