• William Harding (EQ):+ new interesting segmentation approach

• William Bakker (eTourism):- basic preparation for lectures at MCI

• Peter Williams (critical thinking):- more input on the region desired+ discussion with SF students

Day 4: Capilano University

• Roy Jantzen (Outdoor Teaching Session):+ passionate approach, very informative and lively

• Noel Genoway (Canada vs. US):- entertaining, but no new findings

+ great tool for editing and structuring the single touchpointsfrom different users

+ innovative, modern design

+ good overview in the content part (touchpoints)

- Not self-explanatory (e.g. mouse-over)

- No introduction for students

Conclusion

The first stop of the study tour, Vancouver, was interesting, included very diverse activities and generated many new findings.

MyServiceFellow was a nice tool to work with during that time!
