Ce n'est pas ce qu'en pense Olivier Maurel, ancien financier, qui explore depuis 7 ans ce nouveau registre de relation entre une entreprise et ses parties prenantes. Pour lui, tout est à revoir : l'animation de communautés témoigne d'une transition globale d'une société industrielle planificatrice à un monde conviviale complexe.
