followed them with SU Open Calls

In May I contacted all the locals I’m responsible of and introduced myself to the locals. I set

up doodles to schedule the first skype meetings with the locals and reminded them to fill in

the monthly activity report. I also reminded them to fill in the basic info of locals if they

hadn’t done it yet. I also took part in the knowledge transfer skype meeting with Hanna to

learn my tasks as a subcom.
