PRODUCTDescribe clearly what will be the product(s) to be launched soon. When you describe a productDon’t be focused on technical features but more or the global perceived value for the customer/userApple marketers are the best for that : “Unleashing every student’s potential” = Macbook G4Chek out http://www.apple.com/30-years/After the product description (customers centred vision) you can described quickly the technical details ofthe product

ROADMAPDescribe clearly what you will be doing during the next 6/12 months and what you think you ll do the yearafter

FINANCEQuick, clear and fast reality check of the previous explenationsFor exemple

incomes metrics at the beginning (no or bad revenues, but lot of traffic acquisition or created valuefor your users)

Conclusion = Be focused on the expectetion of the reader : an executive sum is a presentation forsomebody you want to involved on the project. Keep in mind to explain clearly at the end why they shouldgo on with you.For the presentation you might assume that the reader is an investor and then you need to argue andexplain why the should get equity from your company.
