Successful subscribers to 7 or more performances during the Advance Booking period will automatically become a Festival Friend/Student Friend. Subscribers whose names appear on the Booking Form are entitled to enjoy benefits which include:

備註
• 預訂門票期間，每人每場最多限購 16 張門票。

• 成人攜同子女／學生一同欣賞節目，每場最多可購買學生優惠門票 4 張，並必須同時購買最少 1 張成人正價門票，惟某些票價不設學生優惠。
• 由於學生半價優惠配額有限，所有學生門票預訂表格均以先到先得方法處理，而座位分配將由香港藝術節協會作最終決定。
• 學生半價優惠只限於本地全日制學生；進場時持票人士必須出示有效之本地全日制學生證明文件以供查核，否則需付全費及手續費。
• 持有香港特別行政區政府簽發的「殘疾人士登記證」之人士，可訂購半價殘疾人士門票 1張（以每場計）。配額有限，門票均以先到先得方法處理。
• 殘疾人士進場時需出示有效的「殘疾人士登記證」，否則需付全費及手續費。
• 每張門票折扣後的票價將計算至個位數，不足港幣一元亦作一元計算。

Special Notes
• During the Advance Booking period, each subscriber may purchase up to a maximum of 16 tickets per performance.
• Please note that Booking Forms will only be accepted by mail or fax from 7 October to 30 November 2016.
• The seating plans in this Booking Guide may vary slightly from the actual venues and are for reference purposes only.
• All bookings will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of tickets. Allocation of seats will be at the discretion of the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd.
• Once the booking is made, tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• If you order your tickets in separate transactions, discounts previously enjoyed in the first transaction cannot be carried forward to the second transaction.
• Persons below 6 years of age will not be admitted.
• Please note that not all standard price tickets offer half-price student tickets.
• During the Advance Booking period, the (underlined) lowest price tickets and lowest price student tickets cannot be booked, except for tickets to Family Choice programmes and performances with only one or two ticket prices.
• Each student is entitled to book a maximum of 2 student tickets for each performance.
• Adults may book tickets for a maximum of 4 children/students to each performance provided that at least 1 standard price ticket is purchased in the same booking for that performance. Please note that NOT all price categories carry student concessionary prices.
• Student quotas are treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Allocation of seats will be at the discretion of the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd.
• Half-price concessionary student tickets are limited to full-time, local students. Students will be required to produce a valid student ID card for inspection at the admission point. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full price and handling charges.
• The holder of a 'Registration Card for People with Disabilities' issued by the Government of the HKSAR may book 1 half-price concessionary ticket for each performance. Availability is limited and bookings will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• People with disabilities must bring the valid 'Registration Card for People with Disabilities' when attending performances. Those who fail to do so will be required to pay the full price and handling charges.
• The price of discounted tickets will be rounded up to the nearest dollar on each ticket.
• Please call the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd at (852) 2824 2430 to inquire about the status of your booking.
• The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Limited reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes and seating arrangements. Should there be such changes, the Society will update the relevant information on its website so far as practicable.
• During the Advance Booking period, the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd will only accept UnionPay credit cards beginning with the digits "62" issued in Hong Kong or Macau regions for payments.
Methods of Payment
• Cheques should be crossed and made payable to 'Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd'.
• Please do not send cash.
• To avoid refunds or requests for additional payments, please leave the 'total amount' blank on the cheque. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd will enter the exact amount for you.
Returning the Form
BY MAIL:• Please mail your completed booking form to:

• A stamped, self-addressed envelope (not smaller than 10cm x 17cm) should be attached to the booking form.
• Postage reference for local subscribers : HK$1.70 1-8 tickets HK$2.70 9-15 tickets HK$3.70 16-30 tickets (Please adjust the postage if you book more than 30 tickets)
BY FAX:• Please return your Booking Form by fax to (852) 2802 8160 no later than
30 November 2016.
• On the form, be sure to include your credit card information and phone number in case we need to contact you for further details.
• Please fill in your name and return address in block letters.
• Please do not double-book tickets. For each subscription, please send only one official Booking Form via a single booking method (fax, post or HKAF website).
Filling in the Form
• Please fill in the Booking Form in block letters with black ink.
• The name of the event and the performance code (as shown in the Programme Calendar on page 50-51) should be clearly indicated.
• Please include alternate choices for preferred sections, the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd will offer you your second choice if your first choice is not available.
• Please indicate if you will accept other seating sections and prices in case all seats under your two choices are sold out. The Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Ltd will allocate the next best available seats to you at the time your order is processed.
• There will be no refund or exchange of tickets if you have indicated your approval on the above ticket arrangements.

INFORMATION COLLECTION
• Please note that the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society Limited ("the Society/we") collects your personal information through your submission of this Booking Form.
PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
• For us to process your application for subscriptions and provide information and services, we will require you to provide your personal information to us. This applies to both existing and potential subscribers and customers.
• The Society will use your personal information for account operation, for provision of products & services and for marketing & promotional and membership archival purposes. Please note that failure to provide sufficient personal information as requested in the mandatory fields on this Booking Form will render us unable to provide your requested services.
TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
• Personal information held by the Society will be kept confidential but we may provide such data to our contractors or third-party service providers who process applications & orders and provide mailing services, marketing support & research activities on our behalf. To enable their execution of the above services, we will need to provide them with access to personal information on a minimum need-to-know basis. However we will impose the strictest requirements of security and confidentiality on their data handling. They will not be permitted to use the personal information for anything else other than providing the required services set out above.
• Unless we have informed you beforehand and have obtained your authorisation, or are obliged to do so by law and regulatory authorities, we will not under any circumstances disclose your personal information.

資料轉介
• 為向閣下提供完善服務，協會需與其他公司訂立契約，代協會進行不同服務，例如收集申請表格、處理訂票、提供郵遞服務、市場支援、進行市場調查等等。讓上述契約公司能提供服務，協會需有限度地向他們提供閣下的資料，並作出最嚴謹的保安及保密要求。除提供以上列出所需進行的服務外，他們不能使用閣下的個人資料作任何其他用途。
• 除非協會已通知並獲得閣下的同意，或在法律及法定機構要求下，否則在任何情況下，協會不會披露閣下的個人資料。
查閱個人資料及查詢
• 根據個人資料（私隱）條例，閣下有權：
• 查閱協會持有閣下的個人資料，有權要求更正閣下的資料；
• 要求協會更正不準確的資料；
• 查明協會有關個人資料的政策及實務以及協會所持有的個人資料的性質。
