RÉSUMÉ

La l a r v e de Micropterna fissa est c a r a c t é r i s é e p a r la fo rme et la n a t u r e d u fou r r eau , la c o l o r a t i o n c é p h a l i q u e et l ' a b s e n c e de soies s e c o n d a i r e s aux f é m u r s m é d i a n s et p o s t é r i e u r s .

Les r u i s s e a u x f r é q u e n t é s p a r les l a rves de Micropterna fissa et d e Stenophylax-Micropterna-Mesophylax m o n t r e n t u n e t e n d a n c e géné ra l e à l ' a s s è c h e m e n t en é té . Ce c a r a c t è r e est m i s en r a p p o r t avec le c o m p o r ­t e m e n t c a v e r n i c o l e des adu l t e s .

La r é p a r t i t i o n et l ' a b o n d a n c e des e spèces de Stenophylax-Microplerna-Mesophylax est r é s u m é e p o u r 105 g ro t t e s d u sud-oues t de la F r a n c e .

T h e l a r v a of Micropterna fissa is c h a r a c t e r i z e d b y the fo rm a n d the s t r u c t u r e of the case , the c o l o r i n g of the h e a d a n d the a b s e n c e of secon-d a r y b r i s t l e s on t he meso- a n d m e t a t h o r a c i c f é m u r s .

T h e s t r e a m s i n h a b i t e d b y the l a r v a of Micropterna fissa a n d t hose of Stenophylax - Micropterna - Mesophylax g ene ra l l y d r y u p in s u m m e r ; th i s fact is r e l a t ed to the c a v e - d w e l l i n g h a b i t s of t he i m a g o .

T h e d i s t r i b u t i o n a n d the q u a n t i t y of t he spec ie s of Stenophylax -Micropterna - Mesophylax is s u m m a r i z e d for 105 caves in t he sou th w e s t of F r a n c e .
