RGLES DE CONDUITEDES CADETS

Je mengage remplir mes fonctions de mon mieux et me conformer aux rgles suivantes :

a. je mengage respecter mon entourage, mon environnement et les biens dautrui;

b. je mengage ne pas vendre, consommer et/ou distribuer dalcool, de drogues, destupfiants, de produits du tabac ou de matriel pornographique et ne pas prendre partdes jeux d'argent;

c. je mengage ne pas consommer de mdicaments prescrits et/ou non prescrits pour desmotifs trangers ma condition mdicale relle;

d. je mengage ne pas commettre de vols et ne pas emprunter les biens dautrui sans yavoir t autoris par le propritaire des biens en question;

e. je mengage ne pas vendre des biens appartenant au ministre de la Dfense nationaleou au gouvernement;

f. je mengage ne pas avoir de relations personnelles (voir dfinition au glossaire) avecune personne en position dautorit au sein de lunit et dobir aux rgles applicablesdans les Centre Instruction t des Cadets (CIC)/coles, lors des activits des cadets;

g. je mengage respecter les politiques relatives aux relations personnelles et auharclement;

h. je mengage prendre soin de tous les articles de tenue et de tout le matriel du ministde la Dfense nationale mis ma disposition et les utiliser de faon responsable;

i. je mengage respecter mes pairs et mes suprieurs et ne pas tenir de proposdsobligeants l'gard de l'ethnie, la religion, la couleur, la race, l'ge, le sexe,l'orientation sexuelle, l'tat matrimonial, la situation familiale ou la dficience de qui quce soit;

j. je mengage tre loyal(e), honnte, courageux(se), diligent(e), juste et responsable;k. je mengage signaler aux autorits tout manquement aux prsentes rgles dont je

pourrais avoir connaissance;

RULES OF CONDUCTFOR CADETS

I hereby accept to carry out my duties to the best of my ability and to conform to the followingrules:

a. I hereby accept to respect the people around me, my environment and the belongings ofothers;

b. I hereby accept not to sell, consume and/or distribute alcohol, drugs, narcotics, tobacco products or pornographic material and not to take part in gambling;

c. I hereby accept not to consume prescription and/or non-prescription drugs for reasons nconnected with my actual medical condition;

d. I hereby accept not to commit theft nor to borrow the belongings of others without havi been authorized to do so by the owners of the belongings in question;

e. I hereby accept not to sell items belonging to the Department of National Defence or thgovernment;

f. I hereby accept not to have intimate relations (see definition in Glossary) with a persona position of authority within the unit and to obey the rules which apply at the CadetSummer Training Centre (CSTC) / Schools during cadet activities;

g. I hereby accept to obey the policies regarding personal relations and harassment;

h. I hereby accept to take care of all articles of dress and of all Department of NationalDefence equipment placed at my disposal and to use them responsibly;

i. I hereby accept to respect my peers and my superiors and not to make unpleasant remarconcerning anyones ethnic origin, religion, colour, race, age, sex, sexual orientation,matrimonial state, family situation or disability of any sort;

j. I hereby accept to be loyal, honest, courageous, diligent, fair and responsible;

k. I hereby accept to report to the authorities any breach of these present rules of which Imay be aware;

Les rgles prcites sappliquent galement dans le cadre des activits qui se droulent dans les Code Cadets/Escadron(CC/Esc)/(CIC)/coles, ainsi qu lintrieur et lextrieur de l'unit.

Je reconnais qu'un manquement une ou plusieurs des rgles susmentionnes pourrait entraner demesures administratives ou disciplinaires ou un renvoi.

m. I hereby accept to obey the orders, directives and instructions issued by persons in positions of authority. I further accept to do nothing which might endanger the safety othe other cadets or personnel around me.

The aforementioned rules also apply in the context of activities which take place at the Cadet Corp(CC) / Squadron (Sqn) /CSTC/Schools, as well as on and off the unit.

I acknowledge that a breach of one or more of the aforementioned rules could result in administrator disciplinary measures or release.
