Scie à ruban pour coupesd’onglet aux deux côtésAjustement de l’angle de coupe30° 45° 90° 45° par coussinet de pivotement intégré,sans changement du point de mesurepour la longueur de coupe. L’angle estajusté en secondes. L’étau de serragerapide se trouve toujours à 90° au matériau, facile à déplacer pour coupesd’onglet à droite et à gauche. Avance d’archet hydraulique. De cette façon un réglage pendant la coupe n’est pas nécessaire. Machine équipée d’uneélectrovanne effectuant que l’archetreste dans sa position haute aprèslevage manuel. Un nouveau ajustement du soupape de réglage pour la prochaine coupe n’est plus demandé. Tous élements d’opération sont placés d’une façon ergonomique.

Maschine ausgerüstetmit Magnetventil; dadurch bleibtder Sägebügel nach dem Anhebenoben stehen. Für den nächstenSchnitt ist keine neue Einstellungdes Regulierventils nötig. Alle Bedienungselemente sind ergonomisch angebracht.

Angle adjustment is donein a matter of seconds. Quick-actionclamping vice is always in 90°-position to material and easily adjustable for left and right mitre cuts. Hydraulic sawbow feed. Thus no regulation during cut will be necessary. Machine equipped with solenoid valve, thus sawbow remains in upper position after manual lifting. A new adjustment of regulating valve for the next cut is no more required. The operating controls are ergonomically placed.

Die Maschine ist mit einer Steuerung für automatische Arbeitsweise und zurVorwahl einer Abschnittlänge mit der dazu gehörigen Stückzahl ausgerüstet. Auf Wunsch kann auch eine Mitsubishi CNC Programmsteuerung zur Vorwahl von 90 Sätzen geliefert werden. Der Materialnachschub und die voreingestellte Materialspannung werden hydraulisch betätigt.

Automatic material feed (only for models GTH = GTH plus) with hydraulic frame feeding vice, dis-placed by inverter controlled electric motor and toothed rack in incremental dimension, material clamping by short stroke cylinders, opening to both sides.The feeding length amounts to 3.000 mm, also available for 6.000 mm,9.000 mm and 12.000 mm. The system may also be used as length stop.Operation via coloured touch screen 5,7“, NC-control, brand Unitronics,allows the preselection of 99 different sets consisting of cut-off length and number of cuts. The control calculates the cut-off length based on adjusted angle position(angle adjustment = manually), incl. roller conveyor 3.000 mm lg,10 rollers with intermediate sheet metals as well as installation kitas fix connection with the machine.

The machine is equipped with a controlfor fully automatic operation and for the preselection of one cut-off length and the required number of cuts.
