Description :

1000 litre IBC modulary heaters are sets composed of washable, watertight and flexible heatingpanels with two coated fabrics : an heating red side and an insulated blue side ; they are suppliedwith gripping belt fastenings for an easy and quick setting and are available in 2 different models :

3000W - 230V : 4 heating panels + 1 insulated cover

1500W - 230V : 2 heating panels + 1 insulated cover

Description

B50 gas bottle wrap on heater is a flexible and watertight heating panel coated with 2 plastic fabrics : anheating red face and an insulated blue face.

This gas bottle heater is able to warm up and maintain gas bottle up to 55C max temperature, bycompensating the bottle cooling down due to gas expansion, and thus to avoid the pressure fall whichprevents gas from flowing out the bottle.

Heater has 2 heating sections which are regulated separately : 1 upper section and 1 lower section ; as aresult, these 2 different sections allow to compensate heat losses of the bottle according to its filling level :this is a safe and ready to use device.

It is built with stainless eyelets and elastic quick fastening on top, and its side fastening with gripping beltsallows to keep the flexible heater wrapped closely around the bottle, and so to get a perfect heat exchangebetween heating panel and gas bottle.

Advantages

B50 gas bottle wrap on heater covers the full cylinder of the bottle, making homogeneous and soft warmingup and avoiding over-heating.Thanks to the insulated face, heat losses are greatly lowered.

Description:Flexible heating jacket is made of an insulated aluminium heating mat inserted into 2

watertight coated fabrics:- Red coated fabric: heating side,- Blue coated fabric: insulated side.

Heating jacket is fitted with earth lead H07RNF cable (class I); it is watertight, washable andcan be used as well outdoors (PI 54) as in food or cosmetics industries (stainless eyelets).
