Le Docteur Scotti est sorti de l'Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire de Naples (Italie) en 1998. Il a poursuivi sa formation en chirurgie des carnivores domestiques durant un doctorat en chirurgie orthopédique. Il a ensuite réalisé une résidence en chirurgie à l'Ecole Vétérinaire d'Alfort pour se spécialiser en chirurgie. Il a également suivi une formation en tomodensitométrie (scanner). Depuis 2006, il travaille en tant que chirurgien au sein de l'équipe vétérinaire de la clinique Evolia. Le Dr Scotti y est associé depuis 2010.
