Drainastim Pro est destiné aux personnes actives et en bonne santé sou"rant de symp-tômes causés par des périodes prolongées en position debout ou assise, et est conçu pour :• RÉDUIRE LE GONFLEMENT DES PIEDS ET DES CHEVILLES • SOULAGER LA SENSATION DE JAMBES LOURDES ET DOULOUREUSES • AMÉLIORER LA CIRCULATIONContre-indications - ne pas utiliser dans les cas suivants :• Port d'un pacemaker ou ICD (dé!brillateur cardiaque implantable)• Vous êtes enenceinte• Traitement ou symptômes d'une thrombose veineuse profonde (« TVP ») existanteLes longues périodes d'inactivité vous font courir un plus grand risque de développer une thrombose veineuse profonde (« TVP »). Une TVP se caractérise par un caillot de sang qui se forme généralement dans les veines profondes des jambes. En se détachant, une partie de la TVP risquerait d’entraîner des complications dangereuses telles qu'une embolie pulmonaire.Si vous avez été inactif pendant des périodes prolongées, et vous pensez peut-être souf-frir d'une TVP, consultez immédiatement votre médecin. Pour éviter le déplacement du caillot, n'utilisez pas votre Drainastim Pro.Certaines TVP ne présentent aucun symptôme. Cependant, il est important de noter que les symptômes peuvent inclure :• Une douleur, un gon#ement ou une sensibilité au niveau d'une jambe (en général dans le mollet)• Une douleur sourde au niveau de la zone concernée• Une peau plus chaude dans la zone du caillot• Une rougeur de la peau, en particulier à l'arrière de la jambe, au-dessous du genouConsultez votre médecin dès que possible si vous remarquez l'un des symptômes ci-des-sus.AvertissementsNe pas utiliser sur ou près d'une zone spéci!que du corps ou d'une région a"ectée :• Femme enceinte - utérus / ventre• Lésion ou plaie cutanée – panser toute plaie ouverte a!n que les électrodes n'entrent pas en contact avec la zone concernée et pour éviter les sensations de picotements• Saignement tissulaire (interne / externe)• Épilepsie – ne pas utiliser les électrodes sur la région du cou• Malignité / tumeur• Yeux, testicules• Tissu infecté (y compris la cellulite)Télécommande

Combien de temps puis je utiliser Drainastim Pro?

Ne pas utiliser Drainastim Pro plus de 6 fois par jour (30 mn par session). Cela pourrait entraîner une fatigue mus-culaire excessive.

Il est recommandé d'utiliser Drainastim Pro 20 à 30 mn par jour.

b. Prenez la télécommande.c. Localisez l’ouverture arrière de la télécommande.d. Tirez sur le loquet pour ouvrir le capot.

e. Insérez la batterie

Assurez-vous d'insérer correctement la pile en plaçant côté plate (côté négatif (-)) contre le ressort dans l’emplacement prévu.f. Appuyez sur le couvercle à l'arrière de la télécommande pour le fermer.

Avant d’utiliser Drainastim Pro pour la première fois, lisez les Avertissements et mises en garde à la page 5-6. En cas de doute, consultez votre médecin avant d'utiliser le pro-duit.

a. Retournez l'appareil pour pouvoir voir le support d'in-clinaison.

b. Si vous souhaitez utiliser le Drainastim Pro horizonta-lement, laissez le support en place sous Drainastim Pro, comme indiqué.

c. Tirez sur la barre de support d'inclinaison située sous Drainastim Pro pour l'incliner de manière à obtenir une meilleure sensation.

• Tirez la barre de support d'inclinaison vers l'arrière jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'enclenche comme indiqué

• Pour refermer le support d’inclinaison, tirez-le et appuyez sur la partie inférieure de Drainastim Pro

d. Prendre l'adaptateur d'alimentation AC / DC.

e. Branchez l’extrémité du cordon d’alimentation dans l’ou-verture latérale du Drainastim Pro prévues à cet e!et.

f. Branchez l'adaptateur secteur sur la prise électrique la plus proche.

UTILISATION DES REPOSE-PIEDS

Ne vous tenez jamais debout sur l'unité Drainastim Pro. Drainastim Pro est conçu pour être utilisé assis.

Pour de meilleurs ré-sultats, asseyez-vous avec les genoux et les chevilles perpendi-culairement à votre corps.

ÉTAPE 3 :UTILISATION DES REPOSE-PIEDS

a. Mettez-vous dans une position assise confortable.Pour de meilleurs résultats, asseyez-vous avec les genoux et les chevilles perpendiculairement à votre corps.

c. Placez les deux pieds nus sur les repose-pieds. La voûte plantaire doit épouser la partie surélevée des repose-pieds. Ce n'est pas grave si vos pieds sont plus grands ou plus petits que les repose-pieds.Important : les deux pieds doivent être placés sur l'appareil pour créer la stimulation.Assurez-vous de retirer chaussures, y compris chaussettes et bas.

b. Placez Drainastim Pro sur le sol devant vous.

d. Si vous le souhaitez, l’application d'une lotion hydratante ou d’un gel sur la plante des pieds avant d'utiliser Drainastim Pro peut aider à améliorer la stimulation électrique.

e. Allumez l'interrupteur d'alimentation situé à droite de Drainastim Pro. Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation de Drainastim Pro ou de la télécommande pour allumer Drainas-tim Pro.Vous entendrez un bip et les paramètres du panneau de com-mande s'allumeront.Pour éteindre le Drainastim Pro à tout moment pendant le fonc-tionnement, appuyez sur le bouton d’alimentation ON/OFF du Drainastim Pro ou de la télécommande.

Fonction mode automatique

f. Avant de commencer l’expérience, vous avez 2 fonctions principales sur Drainastim Pro. La fonction « SOLE » pour une utilisation du repose-pieds (jambes/cheville/pieds) et la fonc-tion « BODY » pour une utilisation des électrodes TENS. Nous allons voir dans un premier temps la fonction la plus utilisé, la fonction « SOLE » (repose-pieds).Appuyez sur le bouton « Auto », la machine commence à fonc-tionner. Le mode « Auto » est un mix de di"érents programmes pour une simplicité d’utilisation. Appuyez sur le bouton « SOLE/BODY » pour sélectionner « SOLE » (pour une utilisation du re-pose-pieds). Une fois « SOLE » sélectionné celui-ci va clignoter et vous allez pouvoir régler l’intensité. L’intensité est représentée par le chi"re en-dessous de « SOLE ». Vous pouvez régler l’intensité de l’électrostimulation musculaire de 1 à 99 (1 étant le plus petit et 99 le plus fort). Pour régler l’intensité quand « SOLE » est sélectionné (donc il clignote) appuyez sur « + » ou « - » directement sur l’appa-reil ou sur votre télécommande marqué « speed ».

g. Appuyez sur le bouton « mode » pour entrer en mode ma-nuel, sur l’écran l’a#chage passe de « Auto » à « 01 ».« 01 » étant le numéro du programme. Une fois « 01 » sélectionné (celui-ci clignote), appuyez sur « + » ou « - » sur l’appareil ou sur la télécommande marqué « mode » pour choisir votre programme (il y en a 25 au total - Reportez-vous aux programmes de stimulation à la !n de votre mode d’emploi pour les détails). Pour mettre de l’intensité appuyez sur le bouton « SOLE/BODY » pour sélection-ner « SOLE » (repose-pieds). Une fois « SOLE » sélectionné celui va clignoter et vous allez pouvoir régler l’intensité. L’intensité est représentée par le chi"re en-dessous de SOLE. Vous pouvez régler l’intensité de l’électrostimulation musculaire de 1 à 99 (1 étant le plus petit et 99 le plus fort). Fonction réglage du temps

h. Dé$nissez le nombre de minutes pendant lesquelles vous souhaitez utiliser Drainastim Pro que ce soit en mode manuel ou en mode automatique.Vous pouvez utiliser les boutons du panneau de commande ou de la télécommande. Sur la télécommande ou sur l’appareil marqué « TIME ».Appuyez sur le bouton « Time » et les lettres « Time » commencent à clignoter, puis ap-puyez sur « + » ou « - » pour régler la durée d’utilisation de 01 :00 à 90 :00 minutes.La durée par défaut est 25 minutes. Vous pouvez régler la minuterie sur 90 minutes maxi-mum.Utilisez une intensité d’électrostimulation musculaire qui vous procure une contraction musculaire forte mais confortable et notez que l'intensité requise peut varier d'un jour à l'autre.Il est normal de ressentir des picotements ou des sensations variables dans les muscles de votre mollet.

Si vous ressentez une douleur ou un inconfort :

• Retirez un pied ou les deux pieds des repose-pieds pour arrêter la stimulation

• Réduisez l'intensité de la stimulation musculaire à l'aide du bouton de réglage de d'intensité du repose-pieds (Bouton +/- sur le panneau de contrôle) ou de la télécommande avant de replacer vos pieds sur le Drainastim Pro

• Appuyez sur le bouton « SOLE/BODY » pour sélectionner « SOLE » (re-pose-pieds) et « BODY » (électrodes TENS) puis appuyez sur « + » ou « - » pour régler les niveaux de stimulation musculaire lorsque « SOLE » ou « BODY » cli-gnote sur l’écran du panneau de commande

Drainastim Pro ne vibre pas.

i. Prendre l'adaptateur d'alimentation AC / DC.

j. Lorsque Drainastim Pro est en arrêt, le temps est a#ché (25:00) et vous enten-drez un long bip.

k. Le Drainastim Pro s'éteint automatiquement si le Drainastim Pro n'a pas été uti-lisé 1 minute après la $n des programmes ou la mise sous tension.

Drainastim Pro est fourni avec 2 paires d’électrodes TENS réutilisables (jusqu’à 20 à 30 applications) qui peuvent être utilisés pour administrer une stimulation électrique aux genoux, aux épaules, au dos ou aux bras.N'utilisez PAS les électrodes TENS sur la tête, le visage, le cou ou la poitrine.

a. Sélectionnez la zone sur laquelle vous souhaitez appliquer une stimulation élec-trique. Si vous souhaitez traiter deux zones en même temps, appliquez une paire d’électrodes TENS à chaque zone.

c. Assurez-vous que Drainastim Pro est désactivé. Si l’écran du panneau de commande est toujours allumé, appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation et désactivez Drainastim Pro.

d. Fixez les extrémités des électrodes TENS aux cordons. Si vous utilisez les deux paires d’électrodes TENS, répétez cette étape pour les électrodes TENS restants.

f. Première utilisation uniquement : retirez la pellicule de plastique des électrodes TENS en la décollant soigneuse-ment, puis jetez-la.

Appuyez sur les connecteurs jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y ait plus d'es-pace entre eux.Laisser un espace vide peut causer de l'inconfort.e. Branchez l'autre extrémité du cordon des électrodes TENS dans l'une des ouvertures situées sur le côté de Drainastim Pro prévues à cet e!et.Si vous utilisez deux paires d’électrodes TENS, répétez cette étape pour l’autre cordon.

g. Appliquez les électrodes TENS sur la ou les zones sur les-quelles vous souhaitez appliquer une stimulation électrique, comme indiqué à la page 15, en appuyant doucement le côté adhésif sur la peau.

h. Allumez l'interrupteur d'alimentation situé à droite de Drainastim Pro. Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation de Drainastim Pro ou de la télécommande pour allumer Drainas-tim Pro.Vous entendrez un bip et les paramètres de l’écran du panneau de commande s'allumeront.Pour éteindre l'unité Drainastim Pro à tout moment en cours d'utilisation, appuyez simplement sur le bouton d'alimentation ON / OFF.

l. L'a#chage de la durée commence à décompter en minutes, à mesure que Drainastim Pro exécute le programme sélec-tionné.

m. Lorsque Drainastim Pro est en arrêt, l'heure est a#chée (25:00) et vous entendrez un long bip.

n. Le Drainastim Pro s'éteint automatiquement si le Drainastim Pro n'a pas été uti-lisé 1 minute après la $n des programmes ou la mise sous tension.

o. Assurez-vous que Drainastim Pro est éteint et que l'interrupteur d'alimentation est en position OFF.

p. Retirez délicatement les électrodes TENS de votre peau.Ne retirez pas les électrodes TENS de la peau à l’aide des cor-dons, car cela pourrait les endommager.

q. Placez les électrodes TENS adhésifs sur l'un des côtés des supports.

r. Débranchez le(s) cordon(s) des électrodes TENS du Drai-nastim Pro.Vous n'avez pas besoin de détacher les électrodes TENS des cor-dons.

ÉTAPE 5:UTILISER LE REPOSE-PIEDS ET LES ÉLECTRODES TENS EN MÊME TEMPS

Si vous souhaitez utiliser des électrodes TENS et le repose-pieds en même temps :• Suivez les étapes pour Utiliser les électrodes TENS• Suivez ensuite les étapes pour utiliser le repose-piedsN'appliquez pas les électrodes TENS sur le bas des jambes lorsque vous utilisez le re-pose-pieds car cela pourrait provoquer des contractions musculaires inconfortables.

1. Connectez les clips de cordons aux connecteurs de la ceinture.2. Pour le bas du dos, le ventre, les points de contact se font à travers la zone désirée.3. Pour chacune des zones ci-dessus, commencez par régler l'intensité à un niveau bas ou zéro puis augmentez lentement jusqu'au niveau souhaité.4. Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats, vous devez vous assurer que les muscles non seu-lement picotent mais surtout se contractent.5. Appuyez sur le bouton « + » pour augmenter l'intensité ou sur le bouton « - » pour réduire l'intensité (intensité : 1-99).

Programmes en mode auto1. Le bouton « auto » vous permet d'entrer des programmes automatiques. (25 pro-grammes intégrés).2. Le bouton « mode » vous permet d'entrer en mode manuel. Appuyez sur le bouton mode. L’écran va a$cher « 01 » comme 1er programme. Appuyez à nouveau sur le bou-ton « mode » pour augmenter le programme de « 01 » à « 25 ».3. Dans les programmes auto, la thérapie passera par une série de 25 réglages béné-!ques, le changement s’e"ectue automatiquement toutes les minutes. C'est le mode recommandé.

Réglage de la durée1. Durée par défaut : 20 minutes.2. Appuyez sur le bouton « time », et les lettres « time » dans les fenêtres commencent à clignoter, puis appuyez sur « + » ou « - » pour augmenter ou diminuer la durée.3. Il est recommandé d’e"ectuer 20-25 minutes à chaque session.

1. Pendant la stimulation, assurez-vous que le niveau d'intensité est ajusté en fonction des besoins individuels. A!n d’obtenir les e"ets optimaux, ne sélectionnez pas un niveau d'intensité trop fort ou trop faible.2. Pendant la stimulation, si votre peau semble être érythémateuse là où les électrodes ont été appliquées, vous devez diminuer l'intensité de stimulation des impulsions ou cesser de l'utiliser.3. Pendant la stimulation, il est normal de ressentir un inconfort ou un engourdissement de la peau. L'inconfort ou l'engourdissement disparaîtront une fois que vous cesserez d'utiliser l’appareil.4. Lorsque vous utilisez les patchs-électrodes et la ceinture amincissante, veuillez dé-brancher en tenant l'extrémité de la broche de l'électrode et ne pas tirer directement sur le cordon électrique pour ne pas endommager le cordon.5. Lorsque vous utilisez une ceinture amincissante, assurez-vous que le centre du bou-ton de l'électrode de la ceinture a été attaché avec le disque rond d'isolation et évitez le contact direct des parties métalliques à la peau.6. DVT is characterized by a blood clot that usually forms in the deep veins of the legs. If a part of the DVT becomes detached, it can lead to dangerous complications such as a pulmonary embolism.If you have been inactive for prolonged periods, and think you may be su"ering from DVT, consult your doctor immediately. STEP 3 :USING THE FOOTRESTS

a. Get into a comfortable sitting position.For best results, sit with your knees and ankles perpendicular to your body.

c. Place both bare feet on the footrests. The arch should $t the raised portion of the footrests. It does not matter if your feet are bigger or smaller than the footrests.Important: Both feet must be placed on the device in order to create the stimulation.Make sure you remove footwear, including socks and stockings.

b. Place the Drainastim Pro on the 'oor in front of you.

d. If you wish, apply a moisturizing lotion or gel on the soles of the feet before using the Drainastim Pro to help improve electrical stimulation.

e. Turn on the power switch on the right side of the Drainas-tim Pro. Set the number of minutes you want to use the Drainastim Pro in either manual or automatic mode.You can use the buttons on the control panel or on the remote control, under the head-ing "TIME" on both.Press the "Time" button and the word "Time" will begin to #ash, then press "+" or "-" to set the usage time from 01:00 to 90:00 minutes.The default duration is 25 minutes. You can set the timer for up to 90 minutes.Use a muscle electrostimulation intensity that gives you a strong but comfortable muscle contraction, and be aware that the intensity required may vary from day to day.It is normal to feel tingling or other sensations in your calf muscles.

If you feel pain or discomfort:

• Remove one or both feet from the footrests to interrupt the stimulation

• Reduce the intensity of muscle stimulation by using the footrest intensity ad-justment button (+/- button on the control panel) or from the remote control, before replacing your feet on the Drainastim Pro

• Press the "SOLE/BODY" button to select "SOLE" (footrests) or "BODY" (TENS Electrodes), and press "+" or "-" to adjust the muscle stimulation levels when "SOLE" or " BODY" #ashes on the control panel display

Drainastim Pro does not vibrate.

i. The time display begins counting down in minutes as the Drainastim Pro exe-cutes the selected program.

j. When the Drainastim Pro is stopped, the time displayed (25:00) and you will hear a long beep.

k. The Drainastim Pro will turn o! automatically if it has not been used for 1 minute after the program ends or when the power is turned on.

Squeeze the connectors until there is no more space inside them.Leaving an empty space can cause discomfort.e. Plug the other end of the TENS electrode cable into one of the sockets provided on the side of the Drainastim Pro.If you are using two pairs of TENS electrodes, repeat this step for the other cable.

g. Apply the TENS electrodes to the area(s) where you want to apply electrical stimulation, as shown on page 41, by gen-tly pressing the adhesive side onto the skin.

h. Switch on the Drainastim Pro with the power switch on the right and press the power button or use the remote control to turn on the Drainastim Pro.You will hear a beep and the settings on the control panel display will light up.To turn o" the Drainastim Pro at any time during use, simply press the ON/OFF power button.

c. Platzieren Sie beide nackte Füße auf die Fußstützen. Das Fußgewölbe muss auf der Erhöhung der Fußstütze au'iegen. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob Ihre Füße größer oder kleiner als die Fußstützen sind.Wichtig: Es müssen beide Füße auf dem Gerät platziert wer-den, um die Stimulation zu erzeugen.Achten Sie darauf, Schuhe, Socken und Strümpfe auszuziehen.

Nachfolgend eine Beschreibung der am häu!gsten verwendeten Funktion, die Funktion „SOLE“ (Fußstütze).Drücken Sie die Taste „Auto“, um Ihr Gerät einzuschalten. Der Be-triebsmodus „Auto“ ist ein Mix der verschiedenen Programme für eine bequeme Anwendung. Drücken Sie die Taste „SOLE/BODY“ und wählen Sie „SOLE“ (für eine Verwendung der Fußstütze).
