Drafting labor contracts in a way that ensures regulating labor relations between the

employee and their company or organization to realize their rights, duties and commitments

towards the employer.

Providing regular counsels with regards to labor conflicts, beginning from studying them in

the labor office through litigating before the preliminary committee for settling labor conflicts

till transferring the case to the supreme committee after one of the case parties, or both, has

appealed.
