La MAIF à la première université du bonheur au travailDu 29 au 31 octobre s’est déroulée la première université du bonheur au travail, organisée par la Fabrique Spinoza, le « think tank du bonheur ». Cent vingt participants issus d’horizons divers se sont formés autour de trois thématiques principales!: le « Je », le «!Tu!» et le «!Nous!». Objectifs : diffuser et promouvoir de nouvelles manières d’agir au sein des entreprises et développer des relations de confiance. Deux représentantes de l’équipe TCAP de la MAIF ont participé à ces échanges. « Ce qui m’a le plus marquée, explique Valérie Hernould, de l’équipe TCAP, c’est l’adéquation entre la forme et le fond du message délivré : simplicité des présentations, authenticité des discours des intervenants en plénière comme lors des travaux en ateliers. Coconstruction et gentillesse étaient les maîtres mots de cette manifestation très inspirante, au déroulement très fluide. »

Premières initiatives pour ancrer et propager la confianceFin novembre a été lancé le marché aux initiatives au sein de la MAIF. Objectifs : permettre aux différents acteurs, collaborateurs, managers et militants de proposer de nouvelles façons de travailler reposant sur la confiance et les partager avec les autres collaborateurs. Deux marchés se sont d’ores et déjà tenus à Niort et en région PACA, et cinq autres sont prévus à Rennes, Lyon, Nancy, Toulouse et Paris dans les prochains mois. Le marché des initiatives de Niort a accueilli 1100!visiteurs et permis d’identifier pas moins de 40!initiatives, pour un taux de satisfaction de 97 %. Celui organisé en PACA a réuni 300!visiteurs et dégagé 16 initiatives pour un taux de satisfaction de 95 %.

« La transformation de la MAIF deviendra un cas d’école, j’en suis convaincue ! »C’est ma participation au séminaire des 700 managers, organisé à La Rochelle en mai dernier, qui m’a convaincue d’accompagner la MAIF dans sa transformation culturelle pendant dix-huit mois. Les échanges ont été très forts. J’ai clairement ressenti la volonté commune de la direction générale de mener à bien ce projet d’entreprise, comme l’enthousiasme des collaborateurs pour faire évoluer la culture et ancrer la confiance. Courage et sincérité sont deux vertus essentielles dans le cadre de projets de transformation. Le projet de la MAIF donne envie et il enthousiasme, malgré les difficultés potentielles que peut représenter un tel projet de changement. Il est totalement cohérent car il s’appuie sur des valeurs fortes : la confiance entre acteurs internes et dans les relations avec les sociétaires. C’est un vrai levier de croissance, de transformation et d’accélération de l’innovation. Les premières initiatives porteront rapidement leurs fruits.
