Transformation digitale
« On ne parlera alors
plus de marketing
digital, d’expérience
digitale ou de
technologies digitales
mais simplement d’une
nouvelle ère où la
connexion et
l’interaction
permanente seront
pour les
consommateurs et les
utilisateurs un vécu
quotidien. » (Delorme, Djellalil, 2015)
LA TRANSFORMATION DIGITALE: DE QUOI PARLE-T-ON ?
Vers un tout digital?
Transformation fondée sur une évolution des
process internes?
Transformation digitale
« La transformation
digitale, que l’on
appelle parfois aussi
transformation
numérique, désigne le
processus qui permet
aux entreprises
d’intégrer toutes les
technologies digitales
disponibles au sein de
leurs activités » (Journal du CM, 2017)
LA TRANSFORMATION DIGITALE: DE QUOI PARLE-T-ON ?
Vers un tout digital?
Transformation fondée sur une évolution des
process internes?
Transformation induite par l’intégration de
technologies disruptives?
Transformation digitale
« Il s'agit d'un processus
continu permettant aux
entreprises d'intégrer
les nouvelles
technologies comme par
exemple le cloud,
l'internet des objets
ou l'intelligence
artificielle et ceci à tous
les aspects de
l'entreprise, et aux
différents niveaux de
l'entreprise. » (https://www.francenum.gouv.fr)
LA TRANSFORMATION DIGITALE: DE QUOI PARLE-T-ON ?
Vers un tout digital? Transformation fondée sur l’expérience client?
Transformation fondée sur une évolution des
process internes?
Transformation induite par l’intégration de
technologies disruptives?
Transformation digitale
«Plutôt qu’une simple
numérisation de leur
offre, les entreprises
doivent entamer un
processus de
transformation globale
basé sur l’expérience
client. »
(Journal du CM, 2017)
QUOI DE NEUF DANS LA TRANSFORMATION DIGITALE?
➢Digitization ✓ "the conversion of analog information into digital form" (i.e. numeric, binary format). Digitizing is
technically explained as the representation of signals, images, sounds and objects by generating
a series of numbers, expressed as a discrete value
➢Digitalization✓Unlike digitization, digitalization is the actual 'process' of the technologically-induced change
within these industries. This process has enabled much of the phenomena today known as
the Internet of Things, Industrial Internet, Industry 4.0, Big data, machine to machine
communication, blockchain, cryptocurrencies etc.
➢Digital Transformation
✓"the total and overall societal effect of digitalization". Digitization has enabled the process of
digitalization, which resulted in stronger opportunities to transform and change existing business
models, consumption patterns, socio-economic structures, legal and policy measures, organizational
patterns, cultural barriers, etc.

Période Nature du changement Exemples Métiers
1st wave of IT
(1960s-1970s)
=
Digitization
“automated individual activities in the value
chain, from order processing and bill paying to
computer-aided design and manufacturing
resource planning"
2nd wave of IT
(1980s-2000s)
=
Digitalization
Rise of the Internet → “This enabled
coordination and integration across individual
activities; with outside suppliers, channels, and
customers; and across geography. It allowed
firms, for example, to closely integrate globally
distributed supply chains.”
3rd wave of IT
(since 2000s)
=
Digital
transformation
“IT is becoming an integral part of the product
itself. Embedded sensors, processors, software,
and connectivity in products (computers are
being put inside products), coupled with a
product cloud in which product data is stored
and analyzed and some applications are run,
are driving dramatic improvements in product
functionality and performance”

Corporation of the 1990s (Scott Morton, 1991)
• Le design centré sur l’utilisateur et la co-création - The Psychology of
Everyday Things (Norman, 1988)
THE PSYCHOLOGY OF EVERYDAY THINGS(NORMAN, 1988)
communique »
