2014 King Luminaire Co. Inc. adds a powder coating line to its Burlington, Ontario facility,

allowing them to powder coat all of their poles and arms in-house.

King Luminaire Co. Inc. adds a gonio-photometer to its Jefferson, Ohio manufacturing

facility, which enables in-house photometric testing, expanding their photometric

database and R&D capability.

2015 King Luminaire Co. Inc. adds a Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) system to the technical

center at its Jefferson, Ohio facility which allows them to improve product reliability, product

design and manufacturing processes.

2016 King Luminaire Co. Inc. completes a 53,000 square foot expansion of its Jefferson, Ohio

facility which offers a new state of the art Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) system and

center, added space for continued product assembly, as well as an expansion of both

their technology center and quality control area.

2017 StressCrete Group p urchases Primecast Manufacturing; a graphite mold casting company.

2018 StressCrete Group acquires the assets of Ontario Foundry Ltd.; a permanent mold

casting company.

Primecast Manufacturing is rebranded as KingCast Inc., expands to include the assets

of Ontario Foundry Ltd., and begins operations in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

King Luminaire Co. Inc. moves from Burlington, Ontario to the 100,000 square foot facility

Powder Coating Facility to enhance the quality of our

products. A super durable exterior polyester powder

blend of non-volatile ingredients is applied dry and

fused into a continuous film by heat. This warrantied

service features excellent film appearance in various

color options, as well as superior outdoor exposure

qualities and outstanding corrosion and barrier protection.

Quality is guaranteed with a multitude of QC procedures

such as 4,000 hours of salt spray testing for steel, aluminum,

LED CONVERSION KITSThe King Luminaire LED Conversion Kits offer a simple way to convert

to high efficiency LED. Acorn conversion kits offer an engineered

combination of tower heat sinks and vented finial to create a tested

optical system with dynamic thermal management that requires little

maintenance. Similarly, pendant conversion kits offer easy installation

of a complete, fully tested system and long operational life. LED

technology can cut energy consumption by more than 50% while still

StressCrete Ltd. purchases Barratt Spun Concrete Poles, a company with a more

decorative line of lighting poles, primarily servicing the U.S. market. Recognizing the
