Η «InterFood & Drinks Expo 2014» αποτελεί την πρώτη διεθνή έκθεση στον κλάδο των τροφίμων και των ποτών και διοργανώνεται στα Τίρανα, από 11 έως και 14 Δεκεμβρίου 2014, από την εταιρεία Labormest, σε συνεργασία με τον Εθνικό Οργανισμό Εκθέσεων της Αλβανίας.

Συνημμένως, αποστέλλεται, ενημερωτική επιστολή της διοργανώτριας εταιρείας, συνοδευόμενη από το έντυπο της αίτησης και τους κανονισμούς της έκθεσης.

Αξιότιμε/η Κύριε/α Ειμαστε στην ευχάριστη θέση να σας ανακοινώσουμε οτι απο 11 εώς τις 14 Δεκεμβρίου θα πάρει μέρος στα Τιρανα - Αλβανια η πρωτη έκθεση INTER FOOD & DRINK EXPO Τροφίμων και Ποτών. Στην πρωτη διοργάνωση της έκθεσης , στοχευουμε στην διασύνδεση του αγροτο-παραγωγικού τομεα μεταξύ Αλβανίας και χωρών της ΕΕ υπό την αιγίδα του Υπουργείου Οικονομικών και του Υπουργείου Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης της Αλβανίας. Η αγορά Τροφίμων και Ποτών της Αλβανίας χαρακτηριζεται ως εισαγωγική. Ο τομέας στην Αλβανια κατέχει την 4η θέση στο σύνολο των αλβανικων εισαγωγών και η συμμετοχή στην έκθεση ειναι ο καλύτερος τρόπος για την προώθηση ενός καινούργιου προϊόντος στην αναπτυσσόμενη αλβανική αγορά. Η έκθεση θα εχει σημαντικό ρόλο στην στην κάλυψη της αυξανόμενης ζήτησης στον τομεα των Τροφίμων και Ποτών, στηριζόμενη απο κυβερνητικές πολιτικές που στοχεύουν στην προώθηση του τομεα. Για αυτόν τον λογο θα σας παρακαλούσαμε να αξιολόγησετε την πιθανότητα συμμετοχής των εταιριών σας , και τη ενημέρωση των μελών σας για την διοργάνωση αυτη. Μεσω της Εκθεσης δίνεται η δυνατότητα στα μέλη σας όχι μονο για εξαγωγή των προϊόντων τους στην Βαλκανική Αγορά , αλλα αναπτύσσονται και προοπτικές συνεργασίας με τοπικές επιχειρήσεις. Η εταιρεια μας , επίσημος συνεργάτης του διοργανωτή, εκτός απο την ανάληψη της οργάνωσης , προσφέρει στους συμμετέχοντες υπηρεσίες μάρκετινγκ και διασύνδεση Β2Β με τους μεγαλύτερους εισαγωγείς και διανομείς. Τα κόστη συμμετοχής ειναι πολυ χαμηλά : Βασικός εξοπλισμός ( 4 καρέκλες , γραφειο , συμμετοχή στον επίσημο κατάλογο της έκθεσης , διαφημιστική ταμπέλα, καθαριότητα , και φύλαξη ) Ευρω : 67 x τμ (+ΦΠΑ ) , για ενα stand τουλάχιστον 9 τμ. Με ενα επιπλέον κόστος 200€ μπορούν καποιες εταιρίες να συμμετέχουν μαζι στο ιδιο stand, με η χωρις την φυσική τους παρουσία στην έκθεση. Στην τιμή αυτη συμπεριλαμβάνεται η διαφήμιση και η προώθηση των συμμετεχόντων στην αλβανική αγορά. Art. 1 Registration 1. You are participating in the event, through the registration form (registration) duly filled in and signed. 2. Sending the form constitutes your binding acceptance of the conditions of participation. The registration is binding, regardless of admission; it can not be subject to conditions and restrictions and requests for stands, in particular, are not a condition of participation. The organizer shall accept your participation in accordance with the provisions in force for all participants (acceptance /confirmation of allocation of stand spaces) The contract will be perfected from the date of communication of acceptance, effected by letter, facsimile or other electronic support and is valid without a signature. Art. 2 Admission / Designation of the exhibition area 1. The acceptance only applies to the respective event, the company applying and confectionery, services and service delivery. 2. The allocation of stand space is made by the organizer. 3. In special cases for important reasons, the organizer is entitled to subsequently assign a stand different from that stated in the confirmation of acceptance, to change the size and the size of your exhibition area, relocate or close entrances or exits and to make changes structural in the exhibition halls without you claim any rights. In the event of a reduction in stand space size, you will be refunded the difference of the amount of the participation fee. The exhibitor will be informed immediately if the stand space is not available for reasons that are beyond the organizer. In this case, you are entitled to a refund of the participation fee. Any additional claims for damages that exceed the reimbursement, referred to above, will not be taken into consideration in this case. 4. Any complaints must be submitted in writing immediately and in any case during the days of the festival; it is not possible to take account of objections submitted after this deadline. 5. The organizer has the right to revoke the acceptance, if it has been given on the basis of incorrect or if subsequently no longer fulfills the conditions for admission. 6. revocation of registration is possible until the receipt of admission / confirmation of award of the exhibition space only in this case ripe at your expense compensation amounting to 50% of the amount expected. 7. After receiving the admission / confirmation of assignment of the exhibition space, the revocation of the registration is no longer possible. The organizer can agree on an exceptional request for release from the contract if the stand space not required can be rented to another. In this case, the organizer is entitled to demand general reimbursement of the costs incurred, in an amount amounting to 25% of the participation fee without providing proof of these expenses. In case of non-participation of a co-exhibitor admitted to the fair, the full amount is payable normally expected for co-exhibitors. Art. 3 Structure, construction and operation of the stand 1. The structure and arrangement of stands must conform to the provisions of the law. As an exhibitor, you are required to agree on the measures with the organizer. All additional technical services required, in particular the installation of electricity, water and protection devices, retrieval of laborers on the spot and so on. can be ordered directly from the Organizers behind separate billing. 2. For the duration of the event the stands must display the products registered and admitted and be staffed by personnel. The evacuation advance of the stand is a violation serious of the Conditions of Participation and shall entitle the organizer to assert claims for damages.

3. The presentation of products and services can only be shown in the exhibition space on the confirmation of admission. Art. 4 Costs of participation 1. In addition to the release of the exhibition space for the duration of the event, as well as the time of assembly and disassembly established, the cost of the service fair unified (participation costs) include the use of the technical facilities and service within the district exhibition, the general supervision of the halls, cleaning of common areas, general lighting in the halls and advice on matters relating to the organization, advertising and public relations. 2 The costs of participation does not include the provision of perimeter walls or other superstructures of required areas free, what is different to stands set up. 3 After to have approved your membership, we will send you the invoice with the participation costs and miscellaneous costs; the invoiced amount must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice. This also applies to amounts to be paid in the event of withdrawal as per art. II, paragraph 8 of these Terms. 4 All prices are net prices plus any VAT if applicable. 5 In the event of late interest accrues in accordance with the Albanian legislation. If the organizer matures a greater harm, will be allowed to claim it. In the case of balances delayed or incomplete payment of the invoice, the organizer is also entitled to terminate the contract concluded with you. Art. 5 Co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies, investments in group 1. As a rule, the exhibition space are allocated only for whole and only to a contractor. As an exhibitor, you are not allowed to move, exchange, share or make available to third parties, in whole or in part, the exhibition area assigned to you, without the prior consent of the organizer. 2. Are permitted to use the exhibition space by various companies only if the provisions of the Special involve the participation of co-exhibitors and / or additionally represented companies. 3. For the use of the exhibition area by a company with its own products and own staff (co-exhibitor) requires a special application for permission and approval of the organizer. Companies belonging to the Group and its subsidiaries are considered to be co-exhibitors. The organizer has the right to collect, in the case of admission of co-exhibitors, a participation fee and additional miscellaneous costs, the exhibitor will be required to pay. For the admission of co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies are among the preconditions laid in 'art. II of these Terms of Participation. 4. If exhibition space is assigned to two or more companies together, each of them is liable to the organizer as a joint debtor. Art. 6 Responsibilities / Insurance 1. The organizer does not assume any obligation to custody of exhibits introduced, to stand fittings and objects owned by the people working in the same stand. 2. Not accept liability for damage to property and assets if the risks can be insured. It does not affect the liability because of bad or negligent. The exclusion of liability is not limited by the security measures of the organizer. 3. The organizer is recommended to take out insurance to cover the framework contract with the organizer. 4. The exhibitor assumes responsibility for any damage negligently caused to the organizer, its employees or by third parties engaged by him. The organizer is not liable for damages and other disadvantages that might result to the exhibitor. 5. By signing the registration form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Participation. 6. The court of jurisdiction is Tirana.
