Le thème du concours de l'académie des beaux arts 2010 portait sur le relogement d'urgence pour les personnes victimes de catastrophes naturelles ou humaines.

Thématique qui entraîna une multitude de proposition tant cette actualité regorge d'une ouverture à penser une architecture non conventionnelle,

neuve et questionnante sur la vie en société.

Où reloger les victimes ? Quel type de relation envisager entre les habitants et les immigrés ? Comment lier l'efficacité de la construction et le maintient d'une qualité architecturale ?

Comment introduire la possibilité de demeurer alors d'une situation provisoire ?

The contest theme of Académie des beaux arts in 2010 focused on the emergency relocation for victims of natural or human disasters. Theme that led to a multitude of proposal as an opening to think unconventional,

new and interrogative architecture and life in society. Where relocate the victims? Consider what kind of relationship between locals and immigrants?

How to link the effectiveness of the construction and maintenance of an architectural quality? How to introduce the possibility of remaining so for a temporary situation?

Il existe beaucoup d' « espaces disponibles » en ville,qu'ils soient en friche ou interstitiel.

Public ou privé, ils ne permettent pas aujourd'hui d'interventions immédiates.Néanmoins si nous anticipons la possibilité d'une catastrophe,nous pourrions les penser comme des réceptacles potentiels

pouvant être soumis à une réglementation particulière.

There are plenty of "space available" in town, they are idle or interstitial.

Public or private, they do not currently have immediate interventions. However if we anticipate the possibility of a disaster,

we might think of them as potential receptacles may be subject to special regulations.

A Bruxelles trois terrains ont été les sujets de notre intervention.Un parking, un chantier suspendu, un trou dans une friche.

Trois lieux laissés à l'abandonse situant dans la même rue, nous avons décidé de cette échelle pour effectuer une requalification.

Auto construction en échafaudages, réappropriations des toits et déconstruction du paysage.Cela fut l'occasion d'une série d'expérimentations sur la construction partagée,

et le palliatif à l'état de catastrophe comme un point préliminaire à de futur mode de vie.

In Brussels three land were the subjects of our intervention. Parking, construction suspended, a hole in a wasteland.

Three places abandoned lying in the street, we decided to make this scale a requalification. Self construction scaffolding, roofs and reappropriations deconstruction of the landscape.

This was during a series of experiments on building shared and palliative to the state of disaster as a preliminary point to future lifestyle.

Afin de contextualiser le projet, et dans un but économique et esthétique,nous avons pensé que la construction devait se réaliser

en appliquant une méthodologie du « glanage » ; ramassage, récupération, réutilisation afin de recomposer une cohésion avec le surplus de matières et savoirs faire

dont un jugement hâtif verrait l'inutilité.Rien ne s'abandonne, tout se reforme,

tel fût notre principe d'émergence.

To contextualize the project, and economic purposes and aestheticwe thought that the development would be realized

using a methodology of "gleaning" collection, recovery, reuseto reconstruct a cohesive with excess materials and know-how

which rush to judgment would be useless.Nothing gives up, all is reformed,

this is what was our principle of emergence.

Interressé par la récupération, nous avons mis au point une série de prototypespour des logements individuels à fabriquer soi même et économique.

On retrouve l'utilisation de l'aggloméré ,de la taule ondulée, de l'échafaudage ... Nous avons pensé à des principes écologique simple et d'auto gestion du bâtiment comme des resserves d'eau

ou de petites éoliennes.L'objectif étant, par une collecte d'éléments simples,

de reconstituer une architecture essentielle et proche des énergies naturelles.

Interrested in recovery, we have developed a series of prototypes for individual units to make yourself and economically.

We use of the agglomerate wood, the corrugated jail, the scaffold... We thought about ecological principles and simple self-management of the building as resserves water

or small wind turbines. The aim is, by a collection of simple elements,

to reconstruct an essential architecture and related to natural energies.

Action

Le 72 Hour Urban Action est un rassemblement cosmopolite sous la forme d'un concours,

permettant aux participants de concevoir et de construire, en trois jours et trois nuits, un aménagement urbain sur un site donné.

En 2012, l'action fût portée sur la Wagenhallen à Stuttgart dans l'ancienne gare nord.

Au contact de neuf autres équipiers d'origines diverses, nous avons réalisé un aménagement paysagé,

le « sky garden » composé d'un plancher en teck et de structures verticale en bois au sommet desquels des arbres furent plantés.

The 72 Hour Urban Action is a cosmopolitan gatheringin the form of a contest,

enabling participants to design and build it in three days and three nights,urban development on a given site.

In 2012, the action was brought on Wagenhallen in Stuttgartin the old North Station.

In contact with nine other teammates from diverse backgrounds,we made a landscaping,

the "sky garden" consisting of teak flooring and vertical wooden structureson top of which the trees were planted.

L'action du collectif Jouir, dont se fut la première expérience,a permis a deux installations de voir le jour dans la ville du Tréport en Normandie.

Récupérant matériaux divers et munis d'une simple perceuse comme outil,nous avons, dans un délais décidé de 48 heures,

réalisé une étude urbaine et ces deux installations résultant des aveux spontanés de la ville et du paysage et de nos inspirations.

The collective action Jouir, which was itself the first experiment, has two facilities to be born in the city Tréport in Normandy.

Retrieving various materials and equipped with a simple drill as a tool, we have decided in a time of 48 hours,

to conducted a study and two urban facilities resulting from voluntary confession of the city, the landscape and our inspirations.

Au fond d'une cour d'une collocative de cinq bâtiments. Nous avons réhabilités un ancien atelier manuel en salle de danse,conservant la structure bois existante et en transformant la façade

en une grande baie vitrée.L'électricité, et le sol ont été rénové

L'espace étant rendu a sa plus simple expression laissant ainsi la possibilité au corps de se réapproprier l'espace.

At the end of a courtyard of a collocative five buildings. We rehabilitated an old workshop manual ballroom to dansing hall,

retaining the existing wooden structure and transforming the facade in a large bay window. Electricity, and soil have been renovated

Space is made has its simplest form leaving the possibility of the body to regain space.

Le concours de Guimaraes, ville au portugal, capitale européenne de la culture 2012,proposait une réflexion sur les nouvelles appropriations de l'espace urbain.

Notre projet consistait à une participation collective des habitants.Récupérant avec eux tout le bric à brac nécéssaire à la constitution d'un « escalier »

permettant d'accéder à un toit terrasse inaccessible depuis la rue et le rendant espace de cultures et d'événements.

The contest Guimaraes, Portugal city, European Capital of Culture 2012, offered a reflection on the new appropriation of urban space.

Our project involved the collective participation of inhabitants. Recovering with them all the odds and ends needed to build a "staircase"

providing access to a roof terrace inaccessible from the street and making space for crops, culture and events.

Réhabilitation d'une maison paysanne – Coux et Bigaroque / 2008-10

Dans cette ferme / maison d'habitation du Périgord noir,nous avons redessiné les chiens assis et créé un cabanon technique.

Le sous plafond de l'étage a été entièrement réhabillé d'une surface de bois localdisposé autour de la charpente. L’électricité et les réseaux ont également été réhabilité.

Le plancher de l'étage reconsolidé de manière a accueillir prochainement en espace de vie comportant chambre et sanitaire.

On this farm / dwelling house of the Dordogne, we redesigned roof windows and technical hut.

The ceiling of the floor was completely dressed with an area of local wood disposed around the frame. Electricity and networks have also been rehabilitated.

The upstairs floor has reconsolidated so soon welcoming in living space with room and health.

De juillet à octobre 2008 , la Chambre d'Agriculture de Seine et Marne cherchait un jeune architecte pour participer

à une mission de revalorisation de corps de fermes sans activitésdepuis la chute du marché de l'agriculture.

Nous avons à cette occasion parcouru le territoire est de Seine et Marne rencontrant une cinquantainede propriétaires et pensé avec eux à des types de revalorisation potentiel.

Les prospectives se situaient dans l'éco tourisme, la maison d'hôte, le musée...Cette étude a vu la parution d'un guide méthodologique quelque mois après l'étude.

From July to October 2008, the Chamber of Agriculture of Seine et Marne was looking for a young architect to participate

in a mission to revalue farmhouses without activities since problems of the agricultural market. We traveled on this occasion the territory of Seine et Marne,

meeting fifty owners and thought with them to the types of potential revaluation. The prospects were located in eco tourism, guest house, museum ...

This study saw the publication of a methodological guide a few months after.
