    Mission Statement: Promotion and Human Development (PDH) aims to improve the lives ofthe impoverished and abandoned by offering social, medical, nutritional, and educationalassistance to the following groups: social cases, HIV/AIDS patients, children made vulnerable

    by HIV/AIDS, and street children/deprived children.

    CREATION15th February 1999 - PDH was founded

    OFFICIAL RECOGNITION

    28th December 2001 - PDH is recognized by the Ministry of Interior Affairs andSecurity (PDHs charitable organization number is 6301).27th May 2008 - Signing of the RCPISS DE DCLARATION

    DASSOCIATION.16th June 2008 - Publication of the PDHs official status in theJOURNALOFFICIEL DE LA RPUBLIQUE TOGOLAISE, Issue N 18 published on the 16th

    June 2008.

    Description General

    PDH reaches out to those in need of any kind of assistance specifically: Social Cases; PeopleLiving with HIV/AIDS (children and adults); Children with HIV/AIDS Positive

    Parents/AIDS Orphans; Underprivileged Children and Street Children.

    PDH works as mediation centre for clients experiencing domestic problems and difficultiesreintegrating into society.

    We aim to fight against HIV/AIDS through assistance, education and preventive measures.

    We provide financial assistance to the elderly, children who cannot afford school fees andsupport for those seeking to establish a small business.
